Staff are subject to incredible corporate blind sightedness and a lack of customer existence. Please have mercy on them and spend your money elsewhere. Amazon will do everything that Vistaprint doesn't. Please God!

I don't understand this Store's logic in leaving an empty box of a product on the shelf, only for a customer to waste their time taking it to the Checkout and be told there is no stock. Item concerned was on sale and there were two boxes on the shelf. What inventory processes does the Store Manager have in place at this Store? Clearly very poor processes, or Staff who aren't being managed around stock fulfilment.
A customer shouldn't have to get to the point of Checkout, to wait in a queue and be told there is none.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised about the poor experience. This Store's run by kids.

Staff members were unwilling to print at the service desk, however I did receive assistance from one lady at the print kiosk.

A bunch of unprofessional amateurs working in this place!
It took me almost 2 hours to get a 15 mins job done!
They did t provide me information that the self serve is of a lower quality than the printing that they do except after I struggled printing 200 copies of documents

After leaving my VCE Media 3&4 subject until last minute, I quickly needed to print my photographs so i didn’t miss the deadline. I went to Officeworks Elsternwick to get the photos from my USB printed. I ran into the a major challenge as two of my photographs were not able to print as they were a different file format. I asked for assistance, although it took a little trial and error, Emily and Gene were of great help. They were able to convert both the files to a format which their printing computer could read. Both Emily and Gene showed high levels of customer service and patience towards their customers. Employees like Emily and Gene are what makes customers keep coming back. Thanks so much for assistance Emily and Gene!

Ethan was super nice, and handled my electronic issue excellently, he's very knowledgeable. Would recommend coming here again, and you should give Ethan a raise.

Awful customer service from a staff girl. She was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all. At the end I didn’t have my photos after waiting for 40min. I lost my time and money.

Awful customer service. I ordered and paid online for some documents to be printed and received an email saying they were ready to be picked up. Upon pick up I noticed the prints all had weird lines in the middle. I told the staff and she just said “oh yeah that’s just because our printer is a bit broken, someone should have told you that” and went to move onto the next customer. She was so unhelpful. I only got a refund because I was being persistent. Why print my documents knowing there was an issue with the printer.could have just let me know there would be a delay in getting my order.

It makes the office really work this place have lots of friendly stuff and always helpful.

Absolutely useless. They lost my printing job. Waited for 20 minutes while a bunch of spuds rummaged around looking for it before saying they'd have to start again.

I’ve headed into a Officeworks for a last-minute print job for a wedding and was helped by Lenie at the print counter. She was patient, knowledgeable and so very helpful! That’s what I call great service, Lenie! Thank you!

Two of the girls are looks unfriendly, kinda rude face and misguided, I just want scan of document they let me to do photocopies and after scan and wasted $17 and have to re do again and cost exact price just $4. Wasted time and money

All the customers here are disgustingly rude, I feel so sorry for the poor staff who're doing they best they can with limited staff and resources. There's one girl called Erzsi who's especially nice, despite dealing with several rude entitled old people before serving me.

I went to exchange a gift I received that had been purchased the day before. The young girl who was in charge immediately said no they don’t do that and wouldn’t even discuss it with me. Went to Highett officeworks and they helped me out immediately and exchanged the gift - clearly elsternwick staff have no idea what they’re doing. Recommend going to literally any other officeworks in Melbourne as this one is useless.

Five stars to the chap who works in the print job section. Getting hand-drawn designs printed up at Officeworks is a bad idea but I was just lucky this guy was there, he did a better job than specialised copy and print shops can. I feel terrible it cost almost nothing when other places charge much more and staff get properly paid for their expertise.

The self service printer are a joke. They must be using s computer from 1993. It’s honestly disgusting how slow this process is just to get to the photo selection and checkout. Let alone getting to the point where your photos are ready. If you enjoy wasting your time then you will love it here

Went in to buy a printer and Noah helped me choose one that would meet my needs and price point. Was impressed by his thorough product knowledge, especially re each printers ink requirements, and friendly manner. What a pleasant experience. Thanks Noah!

Limited street parking nearby but right off the tram line along Glen Huntly Road. Decent size and stock within the store and the workers are fairly knowledgeable on where certain products are around the store. I haven’t used the self-serve printing but I have used the full-service email option with no issues. They were able to find my email and print my documents quickly and easily. I will continue to shop for office supplies at this location.

Tried to use their price beat when major competitors such as westfield are offering the same price at a lower price yet they ask for a product code that's not even on the manufacturers site. Feels like they have made up their own codes and won't price match unless this information is on other sites. Would love to meet someone who has been able to get the price match, if that person actually exists.

Unhelpful, could not assist in any way possible. I felt like I was a bother rather than a customer. Congratulations on worst customer service experience of the year.
