Understaffed with huge lines to the register like literally every single Officeworks. Accidentally left a USB drive behind and in the few hours I was gone it's vanished obviously.

I had a problem getting a refund for a phone I bought from Doncaster Officeworks. The phone turned out bigger & heavier than I expected. When I brought it back to the store a second time & spoke to the person I asked originally for a small Android because I have a shoulder injury the refund was sorted out.
Went in to buy a stand up desk. Downstairs staff where desk was were all busy, went upstairs and asked Jeremy for help. He
located stock, picked out newest box and carried 20kg box upstairs to my trolley.
Offered to bring it out to my car too. Aimee at checkout was extremely patient & helpful with transacting my 4 x gift cards to pay for it. Great, efficient helpful service!
Zach in the computer section was very friendly and helpful but I was totally jacked off that there was NO RECYCLED COPY PAPER to purchase in store.
Given that 86% of all Australian native forest timbers cut down is used to make copy paper and pallets, Poor show OfficeJerks.

Needed some certificates printed. The staff were lovely and reprinted ones that weren't perfect.
Difficulty in getting assistance and not very helpful. Tried if its not in there catalogue, we dont price match and we dont match salespersons margins.
Terrible self print set up. Computers take an hour to load the camera roll on my phone. Waste of time and energy. Photos didnt even print after waiting another 30 minutes. Staff are nice but if you’re going to replace them with computers at least make sure the ram and memory CPU are fast.
Millie in the Print and Copy dept was a superstar. Extremely helpful and friendly, she was able to assist with my print job with courtesy and professionalism. Would go back to her to get more printing done in future.
Staff didn't seem to want to assist me, as a potential customer, standing in the electronics section. No greeting was received, and I almost had to chase them to ask if I could buy an item!
Went to Harvey Norman instead, got served very promptly, and ended up buying a tablet and a smartwatch from Harvey Nunawading instead!
This is my nearest store and I have never had good customer service, only go if absolutely have to, did a click and collect yesterday, didn't have time to check before I left, got home and my product was damaged, so had to go back again today to exchange and the whole experience was just painful and time consuming. Really do not rate the staff here at all
I came in today to do large laminating and was to come back another time because the machine has run out of laminating sheets. Now I have to travel further to get it done. Not good enough!

Brilliant service at this store. I was here at 9: 30am to buy a iPad keyboard. This was after I had left the JB Hifi store as I could not find anyone to help me. When I went into the store one assistant showed me to where the iPad keyboards were. They then took me through the range. We also looked at my existing iPad and worked out the size so we realised together one would not fit. I ended up with a great purchase at a great price. I am now writing this review with the keyboard and it is perfect for what I wanted. Thank you office works and for your team. /
All the self service printers were not working. Really disappointing experience from the customer service agents who were not interested in trying to fix the problem.
I bought a keyboard mouse set in January. The mouse isn't great, it usually takes 5-6 times for each click, I had been putting up with it for more than five months and really couldn't stand it any longer, so I called the Doncaster shop this morning, Zac was very friendly, he advised me to bring it in for them to have a look and refund me. Annalise and Anthony helped me with the refund after listening to my experience even though the purchase was five months ago. I bought a new set of keyboard and mouse, being able to type and click so smoothly, it really made me feel happy, and thought of writing to thank the guys at Officeworks Doncaster, thank you for your help today, great service!
Could not give higher praise to the customer service at the printing department. Had lots of issues with equipment printing large A0 borderless posters, but the staff was extremely helpful and patient and helped me resolve all issues.
