Officeworks Chadstone

Very disappointed. Went to the store this morning to print and laminate 3 pages and was told to place the order and come back in 3hrs. That is not service.

Stephen was honest and gave great advice, need more people like him working! Thank you so much

Big thank you to Officeworks Chadstone for fing another store (Mornington), to help out with a Pull Up banner at short notice when their printers broke down.

Leon at service desk was incredibly helpful and made our experience so much easier and helped us willingly with each small detail.

A wide range of products and spacious. It's easy to access and has a big parking area. Staff at this store are always helpful and Friendly.

Horrible experience today in the passport photo section with Krishya! I went around 7pm today and waited at the counter. The two girls were talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me at all. When I finally called out to them, I was approached by her in the most unenthusiastic manner. Once my passport photo was complete, I asked for a receipt which she printed out and didn't hand over to me. She expected me to go through a few old receipts and pull out my one out of the pile. This is pathetic service treating your customers as if you are working for free? You can confirm all this if you replay footage from tonight. This experience completely makes me not want to visit officeworks again and discourage everyone from going. Please train your staff better!

Had to wait almost half an hour in queue just for some prints, only 1 person working and in the slowest way possible.

Beyond appalled by the customer service I experienced in the printing department. Awful attitude by employees.

There was one male cashier and one woman on the door. She was unwelcoming but pointed me in the direction of I was looking for.
I understood she couldn't leave the door but a smile would've been nice rather than a grumpy face.

Punctuality should be a sign of quality.
Timetable says the Chadstone shop opens at 8am on Saturday, but at 8: 03am 28 March 2023, I have to push button, ringing the bell for staff to open the door from inside, is it a norm?
Otherwise, OWs is a quality company trying to perform their best in general.

Really pathetic. There site says they have stock only to get there and I say dont have it I can search in the box marked of products and if its not there it is must be stolen.

I wish they stayed open until midnight like they did before COVID. It was so convenient to know they were opened late, especially when there was some last minute print jobs hoping to be completed before a deadline the following day. Please bring the midnight closing time again.

One staff member needs to look up the meaning of customer service. Extremely dismissive and rude attitude.

The worst Officeworks in Australia, the staff are rude and don't know their products at all.

Good range and reasonable prices, although often lacking desired stock. Amazing staff, incredibly helpful, great Customer Service.

Always well organised and well stocked. Plus the staff engage you as you browse to ensure that you know where to go.

Worst printing experience ever. An old lady served me named Karen. I emailed her 30 pages. She double printed pages and missed one. She told that I had to go through all page's and find which one I'm missing and kept serving other people. What a time waster. 1hr wasted. She even tried to explain me why she double printed so I can pay lol. What a joke!

Very poor service. Young girls who hide their ignorance and mistakes by arrogant behavior towards clients

Big shout out to Christine Ann who was the most pleasant, helpful and professional person I have come across in a long time. So patient and able to multi task a few of us who were having problems getting photos from our devices. An excellent staff member for you. Thank you. Rosie Bushnell
