The store manager Georgie was able to sort out an issue for us, despite it likely being frustrating for them from their end. Issue resolved=now customer for life. Thanks Georgie and appreciate your help

This is a joke. It's says open till 9pm and when you come the store is closed. Update your times so people don't drive from far. I came from Narre Warren, there were many who turned away while I was here. You have billboards saying open early and close late all 7 days. What a joke.

Kudos to Luke who tried to help me today, on the craziest day of the year, find a particular product. Through other customers, click and collects and his own tea break he tried to help. He then asked his colleague Charlotte to help who tried to help and after much searching and calling around got the answer I was looking for. May not have ended up with the product I went in for but I received exemplary service from these two team members and I am grateful for their help.

Bad customer service, the store manager and the staffs there need more training about the company policy. Please stop to make up your own story and try to fool customer.

Such a rude entitled man with brown hair on the photo desk. Also around 5 other staff gossiping and laughing in the corner ignoring customers. Hard to shop here when your employees don’t know anything about the products you’re selling.

I recently needed to get digital print copies and photo copies. I was served by Lachlan. He couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s not always the case and can be hit and Miss. He was polite, helpful and friendly.

Zara was lovely to deal with and sorted all my problems out. It's great to see such a polite young person that was willing to help.

Staff! Heaps of them, unfortunately more interested in chatting in little groups, so hard to rate the service

I spent a few hours cropping and attempting to submit an online photo print order. The mobile site dropped out numerous times resulting of having to start over. Eventually submitted the on a desktop. I referenced email confirmation of the order. 2 days later Officeworks Bayswater states the have the order number but nothing else. Call headphone to see if they can help. The order is shown in my Officeworks account, but when attempting to track the order, it states the order number is invalid?

Joel was an absolute gem - came in to buy a kindle for my friend’s birthday and he went above and beyond to ensure I was able to make my mate’s special despite having to order in an out-of-stock case. Loved the service and coming back to this branch for sure:)

Very rude & racist customer service. Around 5 to 10 staff members were gossiping in a corner. They weren’t offered their help to the customers in the line. Specifically didn’t ask from myself. I gave them 2 books for binding. They asked to collect them after 20mins. After 20 mins I went to the counter and waited around 15-20 mins. Those completed books were top of the counter. After 15 mins one fat lady came and offered her help for the old lady. I think she is one of the managers. But she didn’t ask from me or didn’t care me at all. She was there gossiping with other staff members. But she didn’t tell anybody to serve the customers. Office Works Bayswater are you paying your staff for gossiping time as well? They need good rates, penalty rates bla bla bla. But do they do their duty for the value of the pay? Useless people.

After attempting to resolve a problem through Head Office in Sydney [who were most unhelpful], Sienna and Shannon in the print centre at Bayswater were so helpful and resolved my problem immediately, with just a phone call. They were understanding and most accommodating. Thank you so much.

Phoned Bayswater to change my order from delivery to Click and Collect, but no one answers the phone, it keeps hanging up, no matter which button I press for service. Called their main office and their message states "due to an unusual high volume of calls, Officeworks are unable to take your call" NOT you will have to wait 30 minutes etc, so I waited on line to speak to someone and the phone just keeps hanging up, like the Bayswater store.

Officeworks tagline is 'Make Bigger Things Happen'. Should be changed to 'Makes NOTHIN happen'
Finding me another company for my business. I suggest you do also.

Went to officeworks today to purchase some markers, I tried to show them a online price of the markers and was told they couldn't price beat Amazon prime prices which is wasn't even a prime price. In the end I gave them the benefit of the doubt but then after chatting with another store was told it was possible even if it was prime or not, why advertise it so greatly if you won't live up to your word? Very disappointed and won't be returning to this store again, if there was a 0 star option I'd press that
