I bought a huge quantity of firewood and Jan could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I asked for a good mix of size with some big ‘overnighters’ and he went out of his way to see that I received that. Extremely prompt early delivery. Quality of the wood was great. Amazing service and lovely new owners. I have ordered multiple times in the past month for different landscaping items and been very happy with the service and products.

They delivered topsoil the same day I ordered it. John shared his insights on what to do on our backyard and he tried his best to drop the topsoil where we want it.

Order taken and delivered within a couple of hours and dropped right where I asked.

TERRIBLE RUDE SERVICE!

Literally had the worst customer experience at Officer garden supplies.

Ordered soil and my husband wanted to put a tarp down and the man declined and just dropped the soil down. He said “I don’t know what I’m doing, I’ve been doing this for years! ”
He spoke to my husband like he was a kid.

He then said to “stick it up yours” twice and drove off.

We called to complain to the manager and apparently the driver is one of the owners. The lady on the phone said well you shouldn’t be getting out of your house due to Covid restrictions. The driver got out his truck and didn’t have a mask on. So you want to tell me about Covid compliance?

I’ve purchased from them a couple of times and I will never be buying from them again. Owners are incredible nasty and rude.

He also called me back to harass me! I said I’m upset at the service we received and the reply was good I’m glad!

Never apologized for bad behavior!

If you need soil, do yourself a favor and go to lakeside or soilworx.

Delivery of sand crushed rock and cement. Driver placed it perfectly and kept product separated. Excellent transaction from order to delivery.
