16Paper shredder stopped working before its warranty period and only after a few uses. Reported the issue and they said they would organise delivery of a new shredder. It has been over 2 months and I still haven't received the new shredder. They are ignoring my follow up emails too.

I can not fault these guys, they are super efficient, reliable, very helpful and much more. We stated using them at work as Staples made online ordering for a new employee too hard and Staples would not take a telephone order in the interim.
