Off Ya Tree Watergardens

I have wanted to get my conch pierced for over a year but was so nervous. Just the thought of a needle going through the middle of my ear freaked me out until I walked in and spoke to Eve. She is so beautiful and welcoming. She put me at ease and made me beyond comfortable. I felt nothing. I didn’t even bleed. Eve is amazing! Walked out with a gorgeous new piercing then started chatting with another beautiful staff member, Stacey. Decided then and there I wanted a stacked lobe. Got that done too by Stacey and Looks really pretty! Now I reckon I’ll be popping in just to say hi. Shout out to Eve and Stacey! Thanks guys for making me feel at home. Oh and there was 4 of us. We got a conch, rook, daith, helix and we are all super happy. You guys ROCK!

Update on conch…
Got it done yesterday. Stopped hurting instantly. Still no pain, no swelling. Honestly feels like an old piercing except I don’t touch it. Beautiful job!

Got some body piercings done by a tall gentleman with a beard, think his name was Adrian, staff were very friendly and helpful, great work at making me feel comfortable as I was a little nervous, honestly didn’t think I’d go through with it but I did so highly recommend this place

My sibling got their eyebrow pierced by Stacy at Watergardens. They were really kind, efficient and talented at their job. Highly recommend seeing them for presice and relaxed experience. 10/10

I’ve had about 20 piercings done at the Watergardens OYT. I’ve had at least one piercing from everyone there and every time they were so nice and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them.

I was told 3 weeks ago that I could come in and get my ears repierced, if I wasn’t happy. I came in to get them redone today, however I had already payed $149 three weeks prior to getting them redone, and was recharged today an extra $75 on top of that. I would have been happy to pay extra for such good service from the guy. However when I called 3 weeks prior, the lady said that I would only need to pay for the jewellery as long as I had photos of my ears before taking them out as proof of the misplacement. Apart from having a lovely experience with the piercer who went 100%, I’d recommend that the workers tell customers that you won’t get recharged if the piercings are taken out by the employees. I am so dissapointed with the overcharge.

Got my ashley, tongue, belly, septum, helix, smiley and both sides of my nose pierced here, love the workers always so nice & patient and will always get piercings here, stacey and derek are always great

Didn't catch the names of the people working unfortunately but they were so so nice and helpful! Came in yesterday wanting to get my tongue pierced but after they checked out my tongue I was told it wouldn't be a good idea to get it pierced due to the location of the veins, which was something I didn't know! I really appreciated how professional they both were, especially when explaining why that piercing would be unsafe for me to get at this stage. I ended up getting my nose pierced instead so still happy! 10/10 great service, thanks so much!

If you are looking at getting pierced I would say this is the place to go. I've had about 16 of my piercings done here now, and piercers have all done an amazing job. The staff here are also really friendly and supportive.

Very poor service. They did not have any replacement tongue ring balls that weren’t crazy colours, I do like mine plain, but the attitude of the server and her dismissive tone made me feel like she was judging me because I am not the normal MO for having a piercing.
She she couldn’t give me any more options she calls to the person behind me to serve them, rudely dismissing me. I said ‘thanks for dismissing me, how rude’ and I left.
Get your staff trained better at customer service and be less discriminating against people you don’t think are like you.

I had the absolute BEST piercing experience ever with such a lovely piercer who did my nipples for me! Totally eased my nerves and the process was super quick and easy. She was super informative and had such a lovely chat about spirituality whilst piercing me:) Highly recommend coming here for anyone interested in getting their nipples pierced

Had my lip pierced once here and didn't heal well as the bar was too short (dont know the piercers name).

I recommend the piercer Derek. Got my lip repierced by him and it was overall a good experience and the piercing was done well

Just had my second nipple done here and I could not recommend highly enough, I didn't catch the name of the piercer, but she was absolutely brilliant. Gave me great advice on after-care and let me swear as much as I wanted. Really friendly guy at the counter too.

By far the best piercing experience. The amazingggg piercer was super knowledgeable, informative and professional, making it a very chilled and all round A+ experience. Would defo return to this amazing soul for all future piercings

I got my helix pierced here and the crew are so sweet and nice, also answer all your questions and did a great job <33 it was pain free i definitely recommend!

Piercings are great but the worker with blue hair was very disrespectful to customers and other workers, i am honestly very upset with the service from her but derek was great otherwise.

Avoid buying metal stretchers here! They over charge for cheap metal that turns your skin green. Plugs costing $20+ That should not be worn period. Total waste of money.

Awesome friendly service and gave great advice on what product would suit- explaining pain and healing times with different bars etc. They definitely know their stuff and I would recommend them to anyone
