First time getting pierced at this location & I couldn't be happier
All the staff were incredibly kind, professional & welcoming.

It was my partners first time getting pierced & their piercer made them feel at safe & at ease.

My piercer was super friendly & did a wonderful job on my second nostril piercing, it is incredibly symmetrical which I give them props for because my nose is super wonky

Didn't catch our piercers names but my partners had dark brown hair & mine had shaved sides, we couldn't sing their praises more, they were wonderful.

Got two ear lobe piercings over a year ago here and it's not been healing properly. Frequent iritation bumps despite changing to titanium earrings and cleaning diligently

Really helpful and attentive staff, was able to have a second opinion look for an angry septum on a $6 piercing sale day! Super knowlegeable so if you are in need of a second opinion or jewelry change over I highly reccomend the collins st store.

Will defintely be back for some jewelery and a piercing or 3!

The customer service was nice but I payed for a navel piercing there and not only did they pierce it wrong but it rejected as well. Now I’m left with a scar above my navel: (

My 13 year old daughter, was able to go in without parental consent and get a piercing done.
My daughter had done the wrong thing and had used her 17 year old sister's learners permit ID
Obviously the ID had not been properly checked since it is obvious that it was not the same person as in the photo, especially when her sister was calling her by her actual name, not the name on the card she had been called in by. (I had seen the video footage of this)
My greatest concern to this matter is if a infection is to occur and we didn’t know about it and her maturity level to be able to properly maintain it.

Never get a piercing here. I had my nostril done twice, the first time they give me a nose ring without advising me about the risks of it causing friction. The second time they put in low quality jewellery that fell out within a week. Additionally, they did my friend’s snakebites and the jewellery fell out three times in one day.

Got some piercings done by a cute Guy with spacer earrings, I forgot his name but very nice and very professional. Was in and out in like two mins.

I went a couple weeks ago to get a helix and second lobe piercings - the new system of filling out an online form is totally dysfunctional and just caused confusion.the piercer was nice but omg both my second lobe piercings are on the most annoying angle and its made it so hard to get earrings in. Overall not terrible but honestly i had a way better experience at a much cheaper place.

Beyond helpful after a different store completely butchered a piercing for me.the manager gave me new jewellery for free! So appreciative xx

Ok but seriously… had the best experience here. Went for a nose piercing left with wisdom, an excellent grinder and a nose piercing. 10/10?

Super friendly staff. Gave me a lot of good advice and they were super patient and attentive with my piercing.

I got a lobe piercing done by Caleb. He was really good, did a perfect job and was super nice! Highly recommend!

Had my cheap piercings replaced today with titanium ones after one of my lobe piercings became swollen, later learnt that it was just becoming infected.

All the staff here have a world of knowledge and are professionals in every sense of the word, I felt really comfortable and safe after the gentleman explained in detail how the piercings would be changed.

All piercing equipment is highly sterilised using an autoclave and the room was hospital grade clean. The staff were also very kind and helpful in watching my toddler while my piercings were being changed! Thank you guys again!

Pierced my lobes way to close to my other piercings and my nose a bit low having to get them re pierced. No after care information at all. Very rushed

I had my nose and my second on my lobe done 3 months ago, both arent healing well. The lobe piercing was crooked, so the piercing is actually tilted down.and when I was getting my nose done, the piercer kept tugging and pulling on it. It bled so much and the employee didnt even offer tissues or saline to clean up. She never introduced herself either but she had pink/purple cartoon fairy wing tattoos on her back and she had light purple hair then. Please don’t get your piercings done by her. I believe she needs more practice on mannequin and knowledge.
Bumps are coming and going on my nose piercing, so im probably just gonna take it out and get it done again someplace else.

Went in for a piercing and had the swiftest service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and Callum was absolutely awesome at getting the job done. Super professional and kind. Total G:)
