Off Ya Tree

Been there for two piercings my nose and my helix, the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and are easy/genuine people to talk to. Definitely coming back for more. Never had an issue with my piercings, or merchandise bought there. To add on to all this the piercing room was so clean and had nothing out of place, she was very professional

I've had several piercings at this store, and found the piercer to be thoroughly professional, the premises spotless and advice and aftercare excellent. I've gone back in for follow up advice on my piercings and never been made to feel like I am wasting the piercer's time, which is fantastic. Sticking new holes in feels as comfy and easygoing as a cup of tea with mates.

Tabitha did my piercing and my daughters today. They were amazing. Very calming and patient and celebrated with us because we were both nervous before and emotional after.
Jordan was on front counter. They gave us the confidence and was so very supportive. I highly recommend if you always wanted a piercing but are nervous go to Off Ya Tree Ballarat because they will look after you. Thank you both so much.

Have got four piercings here since my first time at this studio and havent looked back! Unreal service everytime, easiest going crew, however they always manage to convince me to get more than i came in for hahaha, real informative and skilled piercers, off ya tree gets a bad wrap but i guarantee im yet to have a bad experience here, and dont expect to any time soon, might i add, always happy with me coming in pretty late after work, sorry about that guys

Went in yesterday with my friend to get his tounge re-pierced while I got my ears done. The girls working there were very friendly and super knowledgeable in their respective skills. Very professional environment and sick vibes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, good job!

I dont realy like writing reviews but I feel like i should since I got my snakebites pierced by the younger piercer with multi-colour hair a few days ago and she was amazing. They took time to make sure I was ok and walk me through everything and didnt rush me either. I was super anxious and wanted to spew tbh but she helped me get over my fears and get my dream piercings. Can't wait to get another piercing or sumn sumn hopefully by her again in a few months OwO.this store is lovely and introvert friendly xo

Went in to see about piercing jewellery. The girl was very helpful she steered my in the right direction. A+

They've got a bad rap for peircings there, but it must have been from ages ago, cause they use needles and do full medical grad sanitization ok everything before use like their supposed to love this place and the style wish there were more like it in ballarat

The staff here are amazing. First time I went in back in Dec was because I'd had a piercing done elsewhere and it had swollen up badly, when I returned the piercer wasn't there. Someone recommended Off Ya Tree. They quickly removed it.
I've been back for 2 more piercings. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very disappointed that my granddaughter was charged $2 to pay for her item with her card, she saved her money up until she could buy her ring then was $2 short, disgusted how they can rip you off, will never shop there again

Had a fantastic experience with Marchella as our piercer at the Ballarat store. My daughter has wanted her ears pierced for so long but her anxiety always wins. Marchella was calm & patient and with her support my daughter overcome her anxiety and got her piercings. To say my daughter is over the moon is an understatement.

Walked in for a piercing 20 minutes after they opened and was told they were booked out for the next hour even though they don’t do bookings? Called back a week later to see if they had any available time and was told they couldn’t do any for another 2 days, again, even though they don’t take bookings?

Highly recommend for piercing services. I got 2 piercings in each earlobe and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and encouraging. 100% would visit again?

I got a botched vertical labret piercing here in early 2020.
It was quite crooked, and I got the sense the piercer knew he messed up, but let me walk out anyway. The piercing jewellery was also externally threaded. I would not go back here for future piercings.
The staff were nice, though, I just didn't like the piercer or the experience getting it done.

They were profesonal and great customer service great to chat with. They use safe jewellery, Filled out a form and checked ID, they measured and marked my percing dots well and let me have a look in the mirror before the actual percing to see if I liked the placing of them and was done quick and fast, talking about pearcing care.
