I’m an off-white brand “addict”, I collect apparel from the brand, but I refuse to buy from this store. I visited the store in Melbourne multiple times and every times I leave sad and disappointed, the staff is always very rude and unhelpful, no one looks after you even when you ask questions, today my wife got asked rudely to leave her handbag (with walllet, money, documents etc) at the entrance in order to visit the store so we had to leave, I’m not leaving my valuables unattended, this store is literally the worst off-white store I’ve visited all over the world, it’s a shame because I really love the brand.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from the Off- white marais store. This is not an official off white Store, it is more of a reseller brand. When I bought I hadn’t compared the price online, when I checked on Off whites website the price was lower than what I was charged for. Within 24 hour frame I went to the store to return, however the store supervisor Mark refused to refund the item saying it was against their policy. But I had read their exchange and return’s policy online which clearly states that any returns can be made within 14 days of purchase. My reason to return was totally valid and they have to oblige rather than that they are being extremely rude and not willing to help at all. They don’t even follow their own terms and conditions stated on their own website. I have emailed their customer service and am yet to hear back from them, I have kept my purchase at the store itself because I refuse to indulge into this kind of nonsense. They should atleast adhere to their own set terms and conditions. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, WE SHOULD RATHER PURCHASE FROM ONLINE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OR STORES.
