Due to travel restrictions within Australia, our LSS Green Belt course needed to be delivered virtually. This training course is the best virtually facilitated course I have ever participated in throughout my career. Herman is extremely knowledgeable and engaging, I could listen to him teach for hours on end. A brilliant experience!

Herman ran the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training. He was an amazing trainer and got us to do lots of different activities to help illustrate the concepts. Herman gave us real life examples and had the answer to every scenario we could think of. The key was to practice the concepts after we learnt them and not just sitting there listening all day. I enrolled and attended the LEAN six sigma greenbelt course in October 2019 and have been accredited and completed the course this month (May). This was a challenging yet fun course, the classroom training for the couple of days flew by and everyone in the class worked so well together thanks to Herman's engaging techniques, we also helped each other along the way. I am looking forward to completing my black belt in the near future and highly recommend OE Methods Academy!

Herman was recommended to me by a mutual contact and when I initially reached out regarding Green Belt Training, he was incredibly responsive. He spent time asking questions to really understand and tailor to my needs and we kept in touch to find the right program and timing for me.

Last week I attended a week long Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training over Zoom with Herman and initially I was a bit skeptical as to how this could be done. I wanted to make sure that I would be fully immersed and engaged so as to get the absolute most out of the learning. Herman did a great job with the pace, the interaction, the team breakouts and ensuring my understanding of the content with plenty of review. The tools that OE Methods use were really easy to use and supported the learning outcomes well.

Given that some of the content can be quite intense, we had plenty of breaks and I felt that Herman was constantly assessing the dynamic and energy levels of the group. He also made sure the environment felt safe to ask all those questions (smart or silly) without judgement. Sufficed to say I was really energised at the end of the week and feel well prepared to complete the exam and the project to achieve my Green Belt. I really feel that the significant investment was completely worthwhile at supporting my capability development and I have no hesitation in recommending Herman and OE Methods.

I completed my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt via a virtual classroom due to travel restrictions as a result of Covid-19. Herman delivered an excellent course that dealt with the challenges of virtual learning easily. Herman made the course interactive, relevant to our individual circumstances and was exceptionally well prepared.
