The staff at Prime Nail Salon were courteous and accommodating throughout my visit. They displayed a high level of professionalism and ensured that I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommended to visit.

Awful customer service received were laughing and bickering in another language to each other is was uncomfortable and they cut me twice and was bleeding and when I asked them to fix a mistake they complained and huffed and puffed, go somewhere else where you can be treated with dignity and respect.

I appreciate the value this nail salon provides. The prices are fair and the quality of service is exceptional.

I showed a reference of nails I wanted and was told the whole time it could be done. When it came to the colour he started going off the opposite of the reference, I questioned him & he said it was fine I'll get what I wanted. The nails are completely different from what I like and I even said I wasn't that happy. I don't think I'll be coming back here im honestly upset I paid $75 for something I dont like. Like if he couldn't do my reference I would've picked something else. I felt like I wasn't listened to.

Terrible experience the cut me twice, were very rough, very rude and did a terrible job that lasted only 1 week. I will never return. They also spoke badly about customers thinking they didn’t understand. Unhygienic, unprofessional and low quality, give this one a big miss!

First time tried this place and I loved the service! I had a nice back massage for a while whilst waiting for my turn and was able to take my time to pick my colour. They really took their time to go through the pedicure and acrylic nails and the result was fantastic. I would be more than happy to return again. Thank you to the manager for helping and her assistant:)

Incredible service, they take walk ins and are open super late towards the end of the week if you’re leaving it last minute for events. A beautiful and clean salon. Highly skilled nail tech who can work efficiently but does not rush! Will definitely be back!

The service is not good at all. Firstly, it took a long wait time. I understand it was peak time but it would have been better if they told us to come for example 30 min later so at least we wouldn’t have just been sitting in the shop. Secondly I just wanted simple French tips. They said they could do it. Turns out none of them could do it. The lines for the French tips were uneven and overall looked really bad. When I told them this, they said they would do another design for me. So I showed the lady a graphic nail design which she said she would do. Turns out they couldn’t do that either. Overall just a waste of my time, money and I didn’t walk out with the nails that I wanted.

I wanted to give Odyssey a try after desperately needing a nail fixed. Although my nails looked nice, I felt that the attention to detail was lacking. After a few days, I had to gently push away the messy edges of my nails that had shellac polish.

Had to get my nails done twice and these girls were so co-operative! The manager, the nail artist and I, developed a great friendship! A time that I'll never forget! <3 Gorgeous nails and a fabulous time! Whilst removing my nails, another nail artist accidentally cut my finger but immediately apologised and they didn't charge me for the removal service. Very respectable and I'll definitely be going back there whenever I get my nails done in the future!:)
