0/5 stars if I could. I asked for short French nail w tips and she recommended for me to have acrylic which I agreed as I didn’t mind. I then realised she was rushing the process as she looked like she just wanted to go home. And acrylic would be faster than SNS. She made half my nails wonky and the white polish line was not clean. It also looks like I have white BLOBS at the end of my nails when it should’ve been thin and sleek. (Which is hard to show in pics). She charged me $70 which I thought was a lot for acrylic. I’m not one to cause a seen so I paid. I then searched the website & based on the price list, acrylic French nails w tips are $55 & w SNS, it’s $70. She has overcharged me $15. At this point, I’ve already left the store. I tried to call the store and no one picked up. I would never recommend this place to ANYBODY. I have gotten it done cheaper and better elsewhere but this place was the closest to where I was at the time. I regret ever going to this salon and now have $70 gone down the drain that I can never get back. Please do yourself a favour and don’t go here. I will be going back my usual salon to get this fixed immediately.

The employee who did my nails sat with an AirPod in and was on the phone during the whole service. Can’t believe total lack of respect and customer service. Would not come back.

A friend and i came together for a pedicure and I got my nails done for a wedding. The staff were very obviously talking about us in another language and laughing which made us very uncomfortable. I requested black and gold ombre SNS and instead they used shellac and it was navy blue and silver and not ombre at all.they were made too long, stuck up at an odd angle and some looked like they were due for a refill once finished because they were applied to far from the cuticle. The first lady did such a bad job with the polished that another lady took over and had to remove it and start again, it still wasn't great but I was in a hurry and just paid and left. 3 days later the top coat was peeling off and one week later the nails were falling off. I was in another state at this point so unable to go back and complain but I definitely will not be back here again.

This salon is very nice and clean. Lady, that did my manicure and pedicure, is professional and careful. All staff is always polite and friendly.

Worst nail service! Really racist people who ignore customers who come first apart from Vietnamese people. 0 stars.

Seriously some of the worst sns I’ve seen, my nails have bumps and are not smooth, it’s completely obvious. I could have communicated at least 5 times for her to make it smooth like it should be. Also for such a poor job very over priced? DO NOT GO HERE

My nails were done nicely however it was busy got told to wait which was fine then they put my false nails on the went to start another person then came back and applied the sns then left again then came back to fill. I just don’t understand why they can’t just start a person and finish them before going to another client. They were doing it to everyone there and from the comments below end like it happens ALOT! It’s quite a shame because the girl that did my nails did a great job but it was too much stuffing around and other people were happy today either, had one girl rip her nails off next to me because was sick of it. Such a shame!

Horrible service ; gone a few times have waited soo long to get my nails done as they take in clients and can’t manage the people they have allowed in resulting in them jumping from person to person and waiting 2.5 hrs for a pedi and manicure couldn’t leave as they had started on me, it happened multiple times never going there again! Horrible horrible service, went and got my nails done waited 40mins just did a manicure and then where going to other clients get them done while they had me waiting and charge me $23 for just manicure no polish cause I wanted to leave

Possibly the worst nail salon In the centre, constantly charging different prices whenever I go, and currently so overpriced! Got charged $85 for pedicure with shellac plus shellac on my nails, when two other nail salons in the centre will do the exact same for $65. The quality of their service has definitely declined in the past few years with their nail services just being rushed and messy, and have also noticed that their colour option are quite lacking when compared to some other salons in the centre. Would not recommend, you can definitely get a better job done at a more reasonable price elsewhere

This place charge me 20$ for removing the nail, like idk what's the price suppose to be, come on! And clean not properly still have sns powder on my nail. When I asked are u charging me 20$ for removing the nails and they said oh 10$ for cleaning 5$ for rounding 5$ for top coat.are you serious? Normally it all would be for 10$ mate u shaping my not even properly. And I asked for top coat you should have told that you gonna charge extra for that but u just shut up and do it but charge me afterward? ! @! Crazy I dont care about the 20$ but don't think I'm a fool! So ridiculous

Had a full set of sns and they started falling off the next day, they were all odd lengths and shapes, some of the nails had 3 rounds of dipping done to them and some only had 2. Probably the worst set of nails I've ever had in the 15 plus years of having my nails done.

I know there some rough reviews, but personally i love this place that I've become a regular. The guy at the shop just so sweet and nice to talk to, and the 2 ladies who has been doing my nails just amazing, especially today, my nails just looks beautiful.

I do not recommended this place at all. They are extremely rude, and didn’t even do the nails I asked for. I had a male do my nails and he was so rough with me! I have a small cut on my finger from him filing way too hard!

Quote the price of $10 to take off my teen daughter’s nails.when I came back from shopping the price increased to $25. Could not communicate why $15 extra not to mention the hasty and poor work done. I will never come back to this service as the staff are rude. The nails I have done there cracked three days later, awful service!

Ripped off, initial price for acrylic nail stated $35 to a teen but after finishing the nails the price became $52. Shear rip off of innocent customers.

Worst SNS ever I had yesterday with male, toady I went to remove cracking nails asked put some nail protection after removed but they ignored.
I used to regular here but now new management and new staff, I naver come back.
Wasted my time and money! I know cheaper than previous one however I'd rather pay what I paid for better service!

I would give them a zero rating if I could. Extremely rude staff, no greeting at all from any of the staff. One was on the phone the whole time while I was getting a pedicure. As I was getting my manicure and asked to see my nails she rolled her eyes at me. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
