Poor service, super rough, nails bleeding, the whole experience was awful, and to add further insult, the shellac is already peeling off after 1 day, completely gone on one whole nail. Twice the price of my regular place and super expensive and just pure garbage.

Baffled by how blatantly atrocious the service was at this place. I was charged $25 for SNS removal and another $25 for them to cut, file and poke the living day lights out of my cuticles, without soaking my hands or using any scrubs- claiming all the while that’s how they do manicures. Yeah sure! Never going back or recommending this place to anyone as there are far better places going over and above with their service offerings post Covid.
You’re better off spending your money elsewhere!

5 of 10 fingers bleeding. When I said I wasn't happy considering, the lady taking my payment said "he often has this happen with his clients". In my opinion that is not my problem and he should stop doing nails and be trained correctly. They litteraly have 1 job.

She still made me pay.

Shame most of these are on the hand that holds my brand new engagement ring that I will be showing off for the next 2 weeks.

I wish i had read the reviews before going in! I showed a photo of what i was after and it did not turn out like it (I didn't say anything because i didn't want to stay there any longer). Some of the tips were done wonky & the tip being really low as well as the lady cutting me 3 times on my fingers leaving with blood two of my fingers and i can imagine they probably used that same tool on another customer without cleaning it as they didn't even tell me to wash my hands once there instead of having a brush to wipe the residue just getting her hands and brushing it with that. Fingers crossed that i don't get an infection because my fingers are in so much pain it even hurts to wash them I did notice on one of my nails she went in so hard that i'm missing skin there. My grandmother also came with me to get a mani and the service for that wasn't good either. My grandmother is also a diabetic if they had cut her and she gotten an infection it can be very serious. The ladies who work there are nice and all but i would not go again or recommend. I really can't wait to get these off, horrible experience!

I got sns with some acrylic tips and my nails were fantastic! I’ve literally gotten compliments on them for weeks. Professional and good quality. I’ll definitely be revisiting this salon.

Really awful and painful experience. Older lady with red bead bracelet burnt my fingers with the nail gun because she wasn’t watching what she was doing and was rushing - I asked her to please be gentle and all she did was laugh. Would stop to go on her phone. It was also extremely dirty!

I had a really painful shellac manicure from here. It's two days later and I am heading elsewhere to have it taken off as it wasn't done correctly and is already peeling. The lady was on her phone a lot while I sat there. My nails burned while I put them under the light. And the colour I got was not what I chose. It was for a wedding and I needed a specific colour as I was a bridesmaid. It was rushed but it was so bad I couldn't wait for it to be over.

I went to go get acrylics and they choose a shape they wanted and gave me the wrong colour the nails where rushed and messy and my cuticle was bleeding they looked like they have been grown out and unfinished and they where bumpy and shaped wrong they also didn't listen to what I wanted there was also glue stuck all over my nails I don't recommend to people who want a good manicure for the price they pay

Literally the worst nail place I have ever been to.
So slow, try to push people through & you end up waiting ages. I had SNS done & the lady was in such a rush she hacked my skin & made me bleed on several fingers. Thick & uneven. Avoid this salon

I went there to get my shellac removed. She used an electric nail file to buff the nails and soaked them afterwards, which was fine. After soaking she used the electric nail file again instead of a cutical pusher! My nails are damaged. See photo.

Got acrylic shellac took forever for them to get done got them done on Friday and now the colour is already chipped nails aren’t the shapped I asked for would not recommend them

These people claim to have 10 years experience but bearly even knew how to place the nails in stright, let alone do anything technical.
I paid 55 dollars and my nails turned out crooked, bumpy and absolutely horrendous. I HOPE THEY SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

These reviews honestly do this place no justice. Me and my cousin went earlier today to get a full acrylic set and a pedicure and our experiences were fine. My cousin had to wait a little bit (as there are only 2-3 people working at a time) for her pedicure but the lady got to work on my acrylics straight away. She was a bit rushed and maybe a bit rough, but the service was very good nonetheless. She made sure i was satisfied with my shape and reassured me that she would double check before i left that i was happy. The man painted my nails very well with a topcoat that looks really good. For $45, it was 100% worth it and im happy with my service. My cousin was happy with her pedicure and the polish looked good. Would recommend if you dont mind a small wait time.

Can't relate to the bad reviews in the slightest. Been a customer at my regular nail place elsewhere for years, decided to drop into Odyssey Northland as its closer to home and they had availability so close to Christmas.
Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. The gorgeous lady took such good care of me.outlined everything wrong with my nails and corrected them. Such a fast worker exactly what all clients hope for.
Best of all prices are fab.

This was the worst experience. I spent over 2.5 hours at this place to walk out with a whole heap of acrylic stuck under my nails, the shapes are different, the shellac is bumpy, they didn’t remove the last color I had off my skin or my nails, so you can see the black under my real nails. The shop was dirty. And the lady was drinking her drink next to me and basically spat it on me whilst drinking. Would not recommend anyone to go here.

Horrible experience. Went With mom and grandmother and all three of us got horrible bumpy nails. Plus the women told us fifteen minutes wait and 30 minuets to do manicure yet it took 2 hours.plus she cut all of us especially me on 3 fingers. When I asked her to be careful she blamed me and said I have sensitive skin, no if u cut someone u cut someone simple as that.plus she was rude.

Came here for a pedicure as a last resort and quite frankly I may as well have not bothered. It was the fastest pedi I have ever had with minimal effect. Two cuticles cut and bleeding as well as the dirtiest nail salon I have been to leaves me nervous about what might happen infection-wise. I would never recommend this for any form of mani or pedi EVER!

It was the most horrible experience ever. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Absolutely disgusting in every way. I had to go next door to fix the mess that you made of my natural nails.

Horrible and painful experience. Burnt my nail with the sander at least 3 times.the lady who did my nails had long, sharp nails that she kept digging into my fingers as well. On top of that everytbibg was filthy and seemed very unhygienic. Will never go back.

This is the worse nail place I have ever been. I never have much trouble with 'express' nail places, but my experience here was terrible. I was made to wait almost an hour - ten minutes sitting, a further ten having chosen my colour, then 20 minutes before my old colour was soaked off. After that I sat another 15 minutes with only a base coat on.
During this time a woman with an appointment sat and waited almost 20 minutes before politely saying she would go, as they were clearly busy. The staff dismissed her with nothing but a wave - she looked so shocked.
Neither myself nor the woman sitting next to me got what we asked for - she wasn't given acrylics and I did not get the colour I asked for (probably because the staff member forgot what I wanted in the hour between me choosing and her actually applying it). Both of us were told that we were wrong when we spoke up, with absolutely no apology.
My nails were cut and filed roughly, so my cuticles are now sore and none of my nails are even or smooth. One of them is even chipped right out of the salon! My finger tips are also covered in polish (SNS). It looks absolutely awful.
All of this gave me plenty of time to fully realise how filthy the place is. While I was sitting waiting, I saw one customer leave after getting a pedicure, and the next person sat right down in the same chair, with only a brief rinse of the tub. There was certainly no soap or disinfectant.
Finally, I would have liked to give some feedback about my experience before I left. However the girl who took my payment was chatting loudly on her phone to her friend about their weekend exploits.
If I could give 0/10 I would. I will never go back here again and would never recommend it to anyone.
