This is my favourite place! My friend and I come here all the time and are always greeted very warmly and treated so nice. The girls are the best. My nails are always exactly how I want them. Can’t recommend enough!

Heng and her staff are always so lovely and accommodating. My grandma, mum, dad, sister, nieces, daughter and myself have been coming here for years. It feels nice to walk out feeling special because your nails look fabulous. I often get compliments on how good my nails look. Thank you.

Went today to do pedicure. She did not do the job properly. I use to go to Odessy nail more than 5 years. Feel like the management or girls have been changed. At least she didn't takeoff my dry skin and no feet massage at all. The girl who was doing my pedicure her eyes were not on my feet.
Never going back to this place.

Good if your nails are looking that tragic and you need to do something to them but not good if you’re looking for your nails to look amazing

I did SNS 3 times. The 3rd time a girl named “Anne” did my nails. She was very rude from the start, rushed me to decide what I want and left me with 2 fingers bleeding -she didn’t even bother to apologise after. She left the shop and went somewhere while I was waiting for my nails to dry up. Horrible experience with her.

Accidentally ended up here instead of the salon I booked but pleasantly surprised with how good my SNS was. The ladies were kind and sweet, gentle and diligent in getting the nails to look the best they can be. Would come back.

Awful in quality. My shellac didn’t last long. It’s got peeled from a day after. Same as the last time! So unprofessional

I wish I could have rated zero. Worst customer experience by rude staff that do not listen to their customers. My nails were rushed because they wanted to close and when I complained, I was yelled at. Will never go back.

Do not go here. Waited half an hour when I could see staff sitting around. Nails weren't done nicely. After a week they'll all falling off and chipping.

Don't waste your money. Rude and incompetent. If you want wonky, bubbly, uneven nails go here. Never again.

I got a manicure done and then I had to hold my arms in the air in front of fans for 15 minutes. After that I got rushed out. She didn't even check to make sure they were dry. Then I touched my nails when I left and they still weren't dry.
