Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. SO RUDE is an understatement. Pushed and pulled me around and got angry when I couldn’t put my foot in certain position. 20 minute pedicure $65 bucks. Wouldn’t have minded spending it if I got some good service. Definitely avoid!

Lady who did my nails were super rude and told me the price would be one thing and charged me extra at the end. Will not ever be going back there again

Normally I would be happy to go here to get my nails done as most of the nail technicians are good and friendly. Never again! I went to get shellac done on my nails and I had SNS on them so needed to get them removed. The lady was incredibly rude but thats the least of it. She proceeded to take my SNS off by picking it off with a metal instrument that was extremely painful, rather than using the normal way of putting your nails into acetone in a bowl) My nails are now extremely thing from this. She then put my shellac on in about ten minutes and it looked like a 5 year old painted my nails with natural polish, extremely chipped and uneven. To top it off the day after I had my nails done, they were thin and breaking off. So no, never go to this place.

Got basic French nails and was charged $80. Such a rip off for what you actually get. Definitely not worth it please go ANYWHERE else

Walked in after my regular salon was closed and I’m so happy with my choice. The lady who served me was very sweet and took a lot of care in making sure I loved my nails. This will definitely become my new salon️️

Rude, unfriendly and rushed despite there not being many customers. Barely spoke at all. Sour look on her face when she dropped her mask down. Couldn't care less attitude! Was obviously there just for the money! At least try to smile a bit more!
If you can't be friendly the find another job

Wanted to do manicure and sns but lady said why I want manicure just nails and was left in between, she went to another Custmer I left with the staff who wasn’t sure what she doing, horrible service like they doing it free it was first time but wouldn’t go again at all as they don’t care, wasn’t happy at all with my nails

Worst experience ever. Just wanted a simple shellac removal and they were so rude and aggressively twisting my hands. The lady was also very aggressive when I couldn’t hear her already quiet voice under a mask. No top coat or nail oil applied, my nails look shocking. Nails aren’t even filed properly. Would have complained but I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I wish I could give it 0 stars

Had an awful experience today.
Wish I read the reviews before attending the salon.

Came in to get shellac & they let my hands soak in acetone & hot water for 45 minutes. Then they proceeded to tell me how “thin” and “bad” my nails were…

They spent no time doing the service, leaving my nails looking and feeling so awful. While filing my nails they bumped my skin which started bleeding. They didn’t care and put my hand back in the acetone. They’re so badly done, bumpy & messy.

Service was poor, vibe was weird and overall just a bad and overpriced experience.

Well… I’m still on the hunt for a nail place! Awful experience! I was there for 2 hours, they started a lady’s nails ahead of me even though I was there first, we laughed about it and she wished me luck as she was leaving. I’m so glad I didn’t get coffin shaped nails done as the nail tech couldn’t even get almond shape right. They’re extremely thick and incredibly misshaped, they look really bad. I don’t have time today to get them removed, so I’m stuck with ugly nails for a few days. There is a white mark on the tip of one nail, which I pointed out to her. She completely ignored it and just told me it was because I washed my hands. It’s still there. Oh and they still charged me $65. Great job guys! Seriously, avoid this place if you value friendly service and your wallet. Disgraceful…

So bad. I left so upset because the lady who did my nails was so rude and unfriendly I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so unfriendly, let alone someone I’m paying for a service. She scoffed and told me off when I kindly asked her to buff my heels during the “spa pedicure, ” she was rough with my cuticles and then painted two heavy coats of polish immediately one after another so they didn’t have time to dry between. I wish I had read the other reviews before I tried this place. There are definitely better options in Eastland. Would not recommend at all. Hopefully they learn to be a bit more kind to people, it’s not that hard

Terrible experience. I got SnS nails done and it was very sloppy, she got the colour on my fingers and under my nails which hurt to get off. Worst of all her filing was terrible and made me bleed on multiple nails. I had to stop her and tell her she was filing my finger and not my nail. She blamed my it on my hands being dry. Which doesn’t made a lot of sense. I recommend avoiding.

So rude just went in to try and get one nail fixed and they said they were too busy and didn’t even give an option of waiting. I will never go there again and to be honest from the other reviews it doesn’t seem like they do a very good job anyway

Went in to get basic nail polish (no tips) and left with my nails looking awful - like a child had painted them. They also did not leave enough time for the polish to dry in between coats as my nails were squishy for several hours afterwards and smeared everywhere. They also had me pay prior to getting the service done (which in my experience is unusual for nail salons), which makes me believe they ask for upfront payment so that customers cannot refuse to pay after seeing what a horrible job was done. Extremely disappointed with this service and even more disappointing that when looking at other low reviews they seem to reply the same apology message every time - shows they do not care about customer complaints. Absolutely will not come back here, waste of time and money.

Very disappointed with my nails today. The assistant didn’t seem to understand what I wanted- a good quality service and at least an attempt at cuticles too. Unfortunately she couldn’t understand me saying she’d done my nails “wishy washy”… a total waste of $52 and 90 minutes there, not to mention the soak off liquid that went all over my top. I do wish if people can’t provide the service you’re asking for, just say so - it’s more respectful and you’ll be valued for your honesty.
I won’t be using this place again!

I had fabulous nails walking out of this place! The lady’s were extremely kind and the service was great. I would definitely go here again and recommend it to everyone! It was worth the price!

This place is average, nothing special, l paid 55 $ for a spa Manicure, pedicure. The workers don t understand a word of English and just speak in there language, l Love Eastland shopping centre, but l think l will stick to doing my nails in Oakleigh where l live it's 48 $ cheaper and more Professional.

I am apsolutely disappointed in the service, unprofessional nail service and not a friendly staff. What an unpleasant experince! Never ever return.

Very expensive for terrible quality, i paid $50 for a full set of SNS fake nails only to have one fall off ONE HOUR after i got them done.disgraceful.nails are flimsy, fall off after a week.wish i never spent money here.
