This job agency is absolutely pathetic, they don’t call back and when you call the main number it rings out and goes ti a voicemail to a lady called cat and she is useless and never returns calls. Always an excuse either she’s away sick or she’s out of the office

Seriously if you want a job go elsewhere

In my experience with octec there was unfortunately very little support.
My appointments were constantly being moved around and then I was told by my consultant she was too busy.
Really disappointed in the lack of interest as I was so keen to find work after losing my job due to Covid.
I’ve been with octec for 2 months and will now be switching job network providers.
