During my time utilising Octec's Employment Structure I was completely surprised with the professionalism that I received from the company.
My consultant was Claire Phillips.
Claire was so welcoming and extremely helpful, intuitive and so completely a delight to work with.
Claire is very much a people's person, always so so ready and willing to please.i feel that this is definitely the reasoning as to why she places her clients in the right positions.

It is so nice to have someone listen and understand what I am going through with out judgement. To offer help and explain things so they make sense and help my situation realistically and honestly. And to be such a support with my outcome that I am going to achieve everything we have worked towards which will improve my situation for a better future. If would rate Octec 10 stars if I could. I have had nothing but amazing & positive experiences when dealing with Claire the career consultant. She believed in me when I didn't and she helped me gain my confidence back. In the 6 plus months I have been seeing her I have completed a Certificate III and I am now working full time in my dream job. She treated me with respect and never judged me which is rare to find these days. Her advice and words of wisdom is something I will never forget. I would recommend organising a time to see her if you are struggling with life/finding a job.
