OCTEC Employment Service reviews
2 My experience with this disability job network is a big negative one, they take the word disability out of disability job network, i dont expect miracles all i ask for is the basics to build a provider /disability worker relationship, they are more worried for thier friend employers rather than the disability client they are paid to service and the fact there is all this government funding available to them, they just tried to slam me in a job i have experience in and cant do as it will exacerbate my existing medical conditions, and when i declined the job offer that was 40kilometres away the employer says i showed no intrest in the job, and i was told the employer wanted to dibby dobb me in for not complying with centrelink.they do this because they miss out on thier payday government funding.
So in saying this i have changed disability providers,
and if you have a disability i urge you to change your provider, find something more understanding for your needs, do not accept anything less for yourself, you deserve to find a comfortable job you can do longterm, i wish all people with disability to find a job they can do, and do not succumb to being placed in a job so the provider can benefit all the gov funding at your unhappiness.ive never seen so many job providers /recruiters there must be good money in these jobs.soon au will be having more recruiters than workers.i wish you goodluck for your future
This is my opinion and experience only and may not reflect your experience with this disability network provider.thankyou very much
You guys are supposed to be helping but I been getting is the run around and I'm a stroke patient dealing with this I'm going to take this up with the News Soon.
