Our group of 11 used Octagon to travel from Tooradin to station pier and return, Steven was a great driver.
Bus and trailer were spotless, they arrived on time as per our booking at both ends, easy online booking and good communication.

I previously used a very well known 'silver service' national company for my many moves. Every move resulted in items going missing and being damaged. Frustrated with my previous experiences, I reached out to a local Facebook group and many members recommended Octagon. I'm glad I listened to the advice and gave them a go. Octagon's packers were by far the best packers I have used. Nothing was broken and every box was labelled well. The movers were on time, worked hard and efficiently and were nothing short of delightful to deal with. On what was a muggy and hot day, nothing was too much trouble for them and the smiles never left their faces. From my initial enquiry to the final invoice, what is a stressful time was made so much easier because of the Octagon team. Many thanks guys.

Jack and the boys very professional and took great care with the wrapping of our furniture making sure all our boxes were put in the right place at the new house. Octagon were awesome for my recent early morning business trip. I would have had to organise two of my own cars to get my staff to the airport but this was far easier and really took the pressure off. Especially as we all hadn’t had much sleep.
Stephen was great! He arrived early and we left ahead of schedule there and back.
Fantastic communication and the van was super comfy with plenty of room for 7 of us with carry on size suitcases.

We used Octagon Mornington for a couple of transfers on our wedding day on the Mornington Peninsula. We were really impressed with the punctuality and professional nature of Stephen. We wish we had found them sooner! We would recommend Octagon travel and transfer for any event.

We used Octagon to move our furniture to a new house. After 35 years at the same location we had a lot of furniture and possessions. The guys worked tirelessly throughout the day carting numerous boxes and furniture upstairs. All done on a day that just happened to be the hottest so far this year. They turned up when they said they would and continued to communicate and ask questions all day. In the end despite the 37 degree day the move was done without any fuss or bother. My wife and I could not have been happier, and we would recommend Octagon to anyone who wants a reliable company with very pleasant (and polite) employees. Nothing was a problem for them. The furniture was cared for as if they owned it. We will be moving again in about 6 months and there is no doubt that we will use Octagon again.

The service from pre-screening, quoting, packing and unpacking as well as storage was very professional. Great team on the ground and in the office - always trying to help and assist. Octagon were on time, tidy and took great care of my furniture and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I had 2 young guys packed the truck and unpack the truck. They were fabulous and I would highly recommend Octagon.

Positives: the due diligence taken in getting the quote done properly was fantastic and fairly accurate, the guys who turned up were very hard workers, lovely to deal with and took great care of our stuff.

Had an issue though where couch was to be picked up at separate address, instructions given prior and on day to dump outside at next address for hard rubbish. Three hours later - hard rubbish gets collected.couch is still in the truck. Subsequently, the truck is now full and still half a garage left over less than an hour before settlement, causing mad rushes back and forth in my own car to dump boxes in new house. Now also stuck with an old couch taking up space in new garage that will cost a couple hundred to get rid of.
