Saw Kym the podiatrist who was very friendly and informative who did an excellent job. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful.

Podiatrist Kim very nice. Receptionist speaks too quickly and unclear for my elderly mother.

They can’t fix their own mistake ie double booking a nurse and then making you have to wait 2 weeks before anyone can see you again leaving you with no choice or options. Staff are also rude and have poor communication between them and patients!

Clean, orderly and friendly atmosphere. Excellent service and caring professionals. Took me in right on time of my requested booking.

I travel from Ballarat to Creswick due to the quality of the Doctors, Nurses and all other staff at this clinic. Genuinely caring and compassionate and they take your concerns seriously.

I called up today to book an appointment. The phone was answered by a lady by the name of Chris. I found her attitude to be very rude and abrupt. I do believe she needs to be reeducated with appropriate customer service skills. She invalidated my need for medical assistance and trivialised my existence as a human. Otherwise everyone else in the medical centre are polite and respectful.

Helpful prompt service. Offer a wide variety of services. Chemist on site. Pathology collection on site.

Best Medical Centre I have come across in my many years on this planet, so friendly, helpful, my GP is one of the best I have ever had and I have a lot of complex health needs and he really puts my mind at ease knowing I am being looked after and front desk staff are fantastic!
