Beautiful location. But horrible service. I recently stayed here, and the experience was anything but enjoyable. The rooms lacked cooking appliances, there were ant infestations in the bedrooms and kitchen areas. There were several issues with the male manager walking in our rooms unannounced especially while children and women were present. Furthermore we were told that we couldn't utilize the tv or any other amenities after a certain hour. That was never stated before payment. As well as being harassed for a security bond after initial payment was made and nothing was damaged. Our party booked over 6 rooms for several days and lack of hospitality management
was disrespectful. I would never stay here again. And I wouldn't suggest staying here if it was the last option in Sorrento.

Neil was so lovely to talk too, any questions I had he was always a phone call away!
When we arrived there was complimentary Tim tams, bottle of wine and some other little things aswell the apartment itself was very lovely, we only booked a studio and as we were driving down I was worried I should of booked something a little bigger, but the studio apartment itself was the perfect size! A massive Apple TV aswell which was awesome. It was raining during the nights we stayed, which sounded really peaceful as we were sleeping very clean and lovely spot! 10/10 will be booking here again, thanks so much Neil!

Stayed here through Airbnb and liked it. Small appartement, but good for a couple. Private outdoor space. Located at walking distance from the ocean beach and Sorrento main strip in the other direction.

We had the most amazing time again staying here. Always super clean and tidy. Thanks again Neil.

Had a group booking and we had to change rooms three times in two days because of mis-management. There is no onsite manager and it was a messy. Rooms ok but they are a bit dirty, found dead insects all over. Would look elsewhere next time.

These apartments are situated in a perfect location, close to the main strip off Sorrento. They are cozy and spacious, clean and well organised. Thank you again Neil for taking the time to reach out.

I was looking for the perfect place for a bit of a beach retreat on my own. Oceanic has met all my expectations. Private front and back court yard, a bath, kitchenette, clean and bright living space downstairs and air conditioned sleeping quarters up stairs. It has been amazing to be able to walk to both the back and front beach, to enjoy all the lovely strip shops have to offer and to attend the adjoining yoga studio. Thank you Oceanic. Sue

A nice ambience and excellent for longer stays. Geared for the person who needs a holiday break but still would like to work. Loads of healthy activities including yoga on site. Local shopping is fabulous too.

The rooms were clean, beautifully styled, spacious and with great little surprises in the fridge. My partner and I got married down at allsmiles and the room we stayed in was just perfect. We were able to get a good night sleep after a huge day. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The spa was the best! I also loved the courtyard. Everything was super close to, beach, shops and more. I have been going to the peninsula for ever and I would love to go back here. Can't recommend enough!

Was a good location. Close to the beach and shops but wouldn't stay here again. The doona was stained (no cover on it), the PowerPoint switch broken, bedside lamp not working due to blown globe. Just overall was not maintained and definitely not worth the money we paid for it

Nice clean apartments ideal for couples but I personally would not recommend for families. Mainly because I don't like the kids in my room. But disappointed that I couldn't watch TV while my wife slept as the noise travels up to the bedroom which had no doors or walls.

We loved this place! Apartments are absolutely fully equipped, even with beautiful decoration and they are super cozy. Also, location is good, just a few step to the beach.

Beautiful resort, great place for family, we came for Easter holiday this year, and everything was great, close to both side beaches, close to town, my kids love it, strongly recommend.
Also Neil the manager is absolutely good man, very helpful and responsive.

The room was super clean, had all the ammenities you would ever need (clothes iron/ironing board/kettle/nespresso machine/toaster/air-con/heater/bbq/outdoor shower and an amazing spa bath that we used every night! Is a short walk/drive to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again in the future!

Apartment was not that clean, dust everywhere. Coming up the stairs you could see rubbish under the drawers etc from previous stayers. The place needed a good dust and vacuum. When we booked the ad offered a oven facility, there was no oven. Washing machine doesn’t work at all also. Very small bathroom.

Rooms are starting to look really tired now and desperately need an update and someone who will actually clean them properly! The floor and carpet in our apartment was completely dusty and dirty with hair etc there was a sickeningly strong mouldy smell from something that was leaking next door or in our apartment, appliances all VERY old and cheap. Cheap TV with inbuilt DVD player and a stack of burnt DVD's of which none worked in the player. $9 for Netflix a month is not something the owners obviously feel is worth the money? How about a legitimate DVD library then rather than burnt Bali DVD's that don't work? Very scratched old plastic kitchen table, clock radio from the 80's. 90% of the appliances and furniture you wouldn't get someone taking off the nature strip on hard rubbish day. Pretty disappointing overall.

We have really enjoyed staying here only a short walk from town and extremely close to the back beach
