I placed an order for a 'premium selection' seafood platter on a Monday for delivery Friday as an early Father's Day present. Online ordering was straightforward, I received a 'processing' email the day of delivery and the platter was delivered within the timeframe specified. I am based in France, so the only 'issue' I had to navigate was needing to list an Aussie billing address, since choosing other countries is not an option on their billing form. Dad was absolutely thrilled, he said all the seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious. Thanks so much!

This is the most consistent seafood outlet that home delivers I’ve experienced. During lockdown it was great to get reasonably priced seafood delivered and now with the festive season, an excellent array of fresh and frozen seafood. Great variety and excellent customer service. The staff aim to resolve any issues you may have. I have tried three other places just to compare but I keep coming back to Oceania because of the service, and quality and range of the seafood.

Order was placed on line Monday and delivered by noon on the Wednesday that I requested. Good tracking information thru their emails to me. Delivery driver was friendly and efficient.

High quality seafood in simple and convenient resealable packaging. The kingfish sashimi is the best here and delivery is spot on.

Disappointing customer service and glitchy website. Was excited to order seafood for my family for Easter as I heard they had expanded delivery to the Geelong region. Before ordering I checked in the delivery expansion box that they deliver to my postcode (which is in the ‘Geelong region’). The expansion box confirmed, ‘We deliver to your area, please refer to our delivery schedule’. When I checked out and paid for my items, it wouldn’t let me select delivery as an option, only allowing me to enter the delivery date for my region. When querying with customer service over email they told me they don’t deliver to my postcode despite the website indicating otherwise and despite delivering to the postcodes directly near me, and past me but weren’t willing to compromise. Instead I was offered a refund which apparently will be processed in two business days. Hopefully they fix the website so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

We have now enjoyed our second order of amazing seafood from Oceania. Nothing could be simpler - order online and next day our selection was delivered to our door and left in our cooler bag. Awesome Patagonian Toothfish and the BEST Aussie large prawns - Thanks Oceania.
