I had the exact same experience as the other reviewer J Kim. I called regarding glass supply and the person who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful and very on the defensive side, he couldn't stop to answer any questions but set on talking about what they do. A basic enquiry from turned out to be a headache when calling this organization.

A sales person who answered my call had aweful attitude. She was assuming I was calling from a small company and said they supply glass to big companies only. If she had said, mass production instead I would have understood. I said what I was after she was soooo ready to say no to whatever my enquiry was.
You guys have a great website but the worst service I have ever experienced.
