The only reason this guy stays open is the hours open. Worst customer service and if you don't believe me go for a laugh.

Ordered vegetarian
Pretty much just cheese and a little bit of tomato base. A couple of olives and onion. Not what I expected

Unbelievable value. Ordered through Deliveroo, got 2 large pizzas, garlic bread and a drink delivered for $36 quality was great. Totally recommend checking this place out!

Persistently poor and disappointing customer service.
Usually, when a mistake is made on an order, most places will be apologetic and say there was a miscommunication - because that's usually what it is. As someone who has worked in hospitality and supermarkets for years and years of my life, I first-hand understand that mistakes happen and that's okay! As long as there's able to be some kindness (from both parties) and good customer service, things can come to a solution and there can be improvement. Not here, the same worker will insist YOU have made a mistake and YOU have said this. This has happened to me a few times now.

The first time it happened was one of the first times I went there.
I had ordered two pizzas, one meatlovers and the other was half vegetarian/margherita as my friend doesn't eat meat. The ladies had made half vegetarian and half meatlovers and were hesitant to make us another, saying they heard me say meatlovers.
Usually the solution to continuous and evident miscommunication, is to read back the order to confirm. I've watched this same worker make racist remarks to other customers on top of her poor service. A short lady with dark reddish hair. But since the customer service is so terrible, nothing is done and nothing has changed. Sad to have to find a new place and sincerely hope something is done about this worker.

Ordered via Ubereats, large meat lovers pizza. Never ordered or bought from this place before. The Pizza is delicious, delivered earlier than projected, delivery guy was pleasant and friendly, no problems here at all would def order pizza from them again

The Gourmet vegetarian pizza from this shop is divine. Tried it twice now, both times awesome. Fresh dough with an excellent sauce, and well thought out toppings. I've tried flashier pizza restaurants in the area if that's what you prefer, but if taste is what you'e after, this is the place!

If you're in Chelsea and it's like 2am and you want food, this is the only place that has your back

The customer service is awful. They have $29 deal for 2 large pizza and a garlic bread and a 1.25 liter drink. I paid $28 for 2 large pizza then noticed the deal. Asked the girl to change my order to the deal and I will pay the extra $1. She said I am sorry I can't as we are not supposed to tell the customers about the deal. Such dodgy business

Omg Best Pasta I've had in a long time, Chicken & Avacardo pasta it was perfect, they cook it all fresh when you ring and order, Beautiful Dessert's I recommend the pudding Yummy, They also have really nice pizza's aswell, they also have fish and chips and two big menus up, one straight ahead when you walk in and one up to the right of and above register, PRICE are also Amazingly fair and affordable, great place to go with Family there's definitely something there for everyone excespecaily if you need to grab different meals for everyone definitely the best way to go for quality of meals and also most affordable also opened untill 3am
