If it had more street stuff and a mini ramp instead of a quarter it would be 5 stars

The bowl here is awesome and in great condition. If you are a bowl or transition skater you will have a great time. The street area, however, is poorly designed and wearing out. There is a large roll-in/embankment ramp at one end that leads to a very small grind/fun box, but the concrete in all flat areas is rough and takes away all your speed. Plus if you fall during a trick on the grind area you may end up falling into the bowl as it is way too close.
