The clinic got me in at short notice. The doctor was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and very informative.

Staff and doctor were welcoming, polite and efficient. But the entry was dusty and dirty with a large collection of dead leaves and other detritus.

The clinic is busy and it does well to get people through the way they do.

I went to this Medical Clinic today for the first time. I found their Covid practices to be A1 and that they are very concerned about keeping their patients and the wider community safe. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions regarding how to book a second appointment for the Pfizer vaccine. I had Doctor Justin who was on time with my appointment (that in itself was brilliant as I have been to other clinics where you can be waiting for ages), he happily answered all of my questions and was very thorough and efficient with giving me all the information I needed on the first Pfizer vaccine. I will be recommending this Medical Clinic to my family and friends.

Nurse called me arrogant as I asked if I stopped breathing and possibly died because they wouldn't give me an appointment through telehealth because I had not been there. I understand the appointment, but calling me arrogant because I want help to breathe, makes this clinic seem like they will not be there to help me. I will not be going to this clinic and I hope they treat people better in future.

Reception staff were warm and welcoming, and provided a safe and seamless experience. Any queries (particularly those surrounding COVID-19 restrictions) were answered clearly and they did their utmost to help in any way they could.

I recently moved to the area, the service received from this clinic is the best I have ever experienced. DR Lambers makes you feel at ease, is caring and thorough. Couldn't reccomend enough.
