Ocean Grind

Spacious place but sometimes no seats at all during peak hours or busy holiday seasons, always keep a reusable cup in the car in case I need to take away (no single use cup available here). Coffee is just a divine. Only downside is parking:) as it is located where so many gym goers attend and other commercial office workers. No kids play place but i normally just quickly grab a coffee and give a snack to my kid while I am drinking then go. Much better if I just have a chat with friends over a good coffee.

Ocean Grind is a bit of a community hub and a really relaxed place to spend some time. The coffee itself is fantastic. Come here to get it fresh from the roastery. Just remember to bring your own cup as the don't do single use cups

This is my fav place in Torquay to have a coffee and a sneaky almond croissant or a peanut butter ball to die for, also a fan of the muesli slice. Apart from the fact the coffee is fantastic they don’t do single use cups. If you forget your cup though, they have options so you always go away with a coffee. I’ve borrowed and returned a cup once or twice. It’s a warehouse vibe, funky and friendly. Staff are always beautiful. They also stock their own coffee, yum. And a cool range of coffee products.

Definitely one of a best coffee joints in Torquay. Really good selection of their own roasts. Staff are awesome and total legends.

I bought a reusable cup from here too (Fressko) and it keeps my coffee hot and seals well preventing my kids accidentally spilling it.

A very friendly business, with a very relaxed atmosphere and it is also pet friendly and easy accessible for mobility impaired people.
They do create a quite smooth blend of coffee which is a credit to the business and remember to bring your own takeaway cup if you need to go.

Really excellent coffee, probably the best we’ve had during our road trip. Highly recommend the quick drive into the industrial area for it

Amazing vibe, delicious coffee, friendly skilled staff and care for the planet. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Never disappointed. Occasionally delicious ‘chubby bao’ van as well. You don’t want to miss that.

Came here initially on a recommendation when we holidayed close by. Have been buying their coffee beans regularly since for our home machine. Posted within 24 hours on all occasions that I’ve purchased and delivered shortly after - highly recommend if you’re in the area or even if you’re not and want to give their beans a try!

10/10 delish, consistent coffee roasted on-site. The team is a well-oiled machine, always friendly and super helpful. Environmental ethos is excellent - don't forget to BYO cup. I'm here regularly for the vegan wraps, cookies, lattes and ground coffee for home brews in reusable tins.

Surprisingly good. I was apprehensive of reviews given its located in an industrial area. However, the coffee was fantastic. It's a big industrial space, so plenty of room. Great for buying beans too at quite reasonable prices relative to Melbourne. So far wins my fave cafe on the surf coast.

The best coffee in Melbourne (maybe the world!). Staff are super friendly and the food (limited menu) is delicious. I can recommend the Chicken Roti and the Breakfast Wrap. Six stars out of five.

The coffee was sublime. The food selection was extremely limited, with just one thing on the menu. What we had was tasty, although not what I would normally choose. We took the last two! Very friendly and great service. I would definitely go back if in the area again.

Lovely staff always smiling, I don't drink coffee so can't comment though I do enjoy their tea selection. Nice environment though it can be tricky to get a seat sometimes as they can get busy but I guess that's a good problem to have as they will most likely be around for years to come
