This karaoke spot could be the best if the service and price improved. The staff were friendly and as attentive as possible. The system is great, the selection of music is wide and the option to download songs from YouTube is impressive. The rooms themselves are really nice and clean. The bar outside of the rooms is really nice too. However, the food and drink is incredibly overpriced. $19 for a soft drink or juice to mix your spirits with is insane, this should be free. About $40 for a small plate of fried chicken. $30 or $40 for a small bowl of rice. $16 for a small plate of fries. Makes no sense at all. There are no options to buy jugs of drinks like at most other karaoke places. In addition, when you buy a bottle of spirit they don’t leave it in the room with you, most other places lock it in the room with you so you know how much you have left / know your bottle isn’t being tampered with. It makes no sense for the staff to take the bottle with them out of the room and then for you to wait constantly for them to come back and refill tiny shot glasses half way. If their reasoning is so you can “drink responsibly” then why are their mixers and food so expensive? That’s counterproductive…

Great atmosphere, rooftop with nice yarra river view. Friendly staff, however, I had to remind 2 times to get my drink after 20 mins of waiting.

Literally the best place to go for a drink I mean everything there is just great the drinks, the food, the workers even the security guards especially number 322 are just amazing

Kris from the whisky bar is an absolute gentlemen. My friends and I were blown away by the continuous efforts to ensure we feel welcomed and catered for. Looking forward to further nights here under the care and appreciation of the legend Kris.

It’s an absolute killer team, from the incredible cocktails to the impeccable service even when they’re crazy busy. They will always go above and beyond to ensure you have a great night!

Venue has an incredible atmosphere, DJ on Friday, Saturday with absolute killer tracks, to the view that absolutely can’t be beat.

All the staff were extremely polite and accomodating from the guards to the room hosts and also the bartenders. Thanks again for the top notch experience. The venue was very elegant too. 100% recommend!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Went to ocean 12 as after party from a wedding reception at crown. The room service was rude the server gave us so much attitude and took our iPads away. And upon entry they told us no service due to coming from a wedding, they claimed because we had drank before they wanted to slow down our drinking.

We asked for shots and bottles that we paid for. Waited an hour for it to come and not only that the shot glasses were not full there were only served in 15ml shot glasses but only serving half. No jugs came out that we had paid for. Not only this its also very expensive for the amount that you received.

They told us this was in their terms and conditions but we checked and it wasn’t. What a sour end to our wedding night. We will not be recommending this place again and will not be returning. What a rip off.

My husband and I got asked to come try this little gem of a place last night and lucky we did because we were pleasantly impressed! Very cool vibes from this funky, fun and stylish little bar/ karaoke/ cafe on crown’s rooftop! From the moment we walked in we were met by amazing, smiley staff, cool atmosphere and stunning views of crown esplanade and Yarra below! The ‘ Shanghai heart ‘ cocktail was the prettiest strawberry and cream and delicious cocktail and the spin on the food menu items are really clever. The Nutella spring rolls were delicious- can see this place becoming the place to be at crown! Such a good find we will be back and will be organising future events here for sure! Definitely worth your time!

Had a great night at Ocean12 for one of our last nights in the city. Great range of food and drinks delivered directly to our room and the service was amazing. Chef Janet went above and beyond to accomodate for our group and made sure we had a great time!

Chloe and Taylor were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond amazing staff made us so welcome and my friend and I had the best night at ocean 12 highly recommended

Returning customer here for a few days and found the rooftop bar a great place to hang out. Served by a lovely bartender called Chloe, highly recommend!

This place is an awesome hangout place if you ever wandered. An interesting concept with the bar in the middle as you walk in. I must've been in the big rooms upstairs with a private bartender. I was surprised how clean and spacious it is! It definitely had a mic stand and everything. Super awesome
