I've been buying gear from OCD for quite a while and never had an issue, infact it's easy with a perfect quick service. My go to skate shop.

Absolute fantastic bunch of guys, I rate my experience there is unbelievable, so polite and a total wealth of knowledge.

Ordered an email only gift card. It glitched at their end and was forgotten about. Messaged via Facebook. Emailed. Left a phone message. Literally they received none of them apparently. When I called to enquire, was told they were now under the pump due to a sale started after my purchase, and were no longer even answering their phones. What a mess!
You don't give excuses, you fix. You don't palm em off and expect the client to call around. You do it! The phone number on your site directs to the shop. If I needed to talk to a completely separate warehouse, give me THAT number on the site.
This is not rocket science.

Great store with an awesome range of gear at competitive prices.staff could be a little more customer focused though, have found over multiple in-store visits staff are very disengaged. Moving forward I opt for shopping with OCD online for fast, efficient service with orders well packaged and delivered pretty quickly.

2 online orders in a month, store pick up. Both times exceptional service and most excellent staff, refreshing to have such service.

I ordered a pair of SB Blazers from here and they arrived really quickly and well packaged. The only issue I had was that there was a dirty mark on one of the sneakers. This is probably more to do with Nike quality control than OCD, which is why I still gave 5 stars. Excellent service from OCD. I would shop here again without hesitation.

Awesome skateboard shop with with skateboards, trucks, wheels, pads, clothes, shoes and helmets. Very knowledgeable staff that are always available for help an honest advise on everything skating. Also have an online shop.
