While Deb was away on LSL, Janine Pepyat has managed the position with exceptional efficiency and professionalism in a friendly manner. She has provided excellent communication (especially throughout a difficult issue involving multiple separate parties) and works hard to keep things on track - without becoming flustered or upset. She is honest and candid and I feel very grateful that someone so capable and efficient was able to step in for Deb Perry.

Karolina came out promptly after our first call and got the ball rolling ASAP for our rental to be leased. Took amazing photos and was always very pleasant, helpful and professional. Very happy with the service.

On 26/06/2022 we walked into O'Brien's Real Estate Office at
Cowes, Phillip Island, & were introduced to Kristina Walters. She took on the task of selling our house on the Island. On 07/07/2022 we accepted an offer to buy. Settlement date was 10/10/2022. Throughout, Kristina kept us informed on what would happen, when it would happen & how. She is pleasant, knowledgeable & made our journey through this experience very easy. We can highly recommend both Kristina, & the rest of the staff. Certainly would use them again, if needed.

Helen Foote is the most amiable, professional and diligent person to deal with. Either on a business or personal level she delivers in plain English not legalese which in this day and age is a refreshing and rare pleasure. Helen is the Real Deal.
