I͏ selected Jay to sell my house after meeting with 4 candidates. Jay was the standout with clearly the best knowledge of the market and a pre-defined no BS strategy to sell the house. Jay was timely, professional and above all highly responsive irrespective of the question/s asked.

The contract and open market process was straight forward with various opportunities being thoughtfully considered with advice at each step of the way (house presentation, photos, market strategy, etc). This is illustrated by the quick sale (~10 days on market) as well as the competitive offers that were presented (and re-negotiated) - of which I'm certain the offers would not have been as strong / compelling without Jay's tireless efforts to get the right buyer (at the right price).

It should also be noted that when I had a challenge (over a long weekend even) that Jay assisted me through this even though I know it was his day off which shows the attention to detail and 'going to the extra mile'.

My partner & I met Jay whilst looking at a house we stumbled across by chance (which ended up being the house we fell in love with & bought).
