Leaking water pipe call out on Boxing Day. Chris was here and we were just finishing brekky. He found the leak and had it fixed by morning tea. Well done Chris.

Cannot fault the actual work done by the tradies themselves, but the business practices leave a lot to be desired. If you have no choice other than to use O'Brien, do not pay for any work in advance. That work will be invoiced twice and you will be left with no recourse other than paying for the same work again.

O'Brien have just serviced my split system. They were on time everything was explained clearly to me. I was pleased with all the work done. I have used Obriens many times previously and the results have been of a consistent high standard

We're very happy with the jobs done on Friday. Elliott went about his work quietly & efficiently. If we were to require further electrical maintenance, we would be glad to have him back.

Recently had our laundry and a split system put in. Whilst I have no complaints with the work completed you can expect to pay through the nose so I suggest getting a few quotes before perhaps going through O'Brien's

Rang around 8am, they were able to get someone to the house by 9am that same day, great service, fixed the problem; tidied up after themselves, would definitely recommend very highly.

The team from O'Brien Electrical and Plumbing Bendigo arrived in a convoy early this morning and have installed three Daikin split systems, a new power board which required a full on of electrical wiring and plumbing. They were professional, happy and worked solidly on the task and we are now sitting in air conditioned comfort. The property is an old 1870s butcher shop which has not seen or experienced such attention to compliment it's former historic use. We wish to thank the team and publish review to assist other clients or future clients of OBriens. Highly recommend this business who are a pleasure to deal with and have given us a wonderful result.

Update July 2023
The electricians from OBriens returned this past week and have upgraded the power supply to the property, which has been a mammoth effort by them and it has brought a 3 phase power cable to an old Long Gully 1870s butcher shop that hasn’t been so powered up since the 1970s when a 1 phase power cable was attached to the old shop.

We are very happy with this ongoing working relationship with O’Briens as they have a team of effort who arrive in their work trucks and begin making the changes that bring safety and cabling where once there wasn’t any. This property has been a work in progress for 2 years and we have now turned on the power for our coffee machine that’s finally able to be unboxed and be connected to a 32amp power outlet that it needs to run it.

It’s been a pleasure to work with such a team and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for friendly professional electricians.

Replacement of faulty bathroom tap. New one installed, adjusted temperature and checked water pressure etc. Job completed in good time and area left clean. Very happy with job and personnel.

Lost power to half our house last night so I called OBrien after hours and spoke with Blake and he was on his way and he arrived within 15 min and had the issue sorted in under 30min, he was polite and professional and I would highly recommend O’Brien electrical. Cheers Shane

We had a faulty network line to a room in our home and Dion from O’Briens performed several tests to determine that the line was broken and required replacement. This he completed in a timely and successful manner. We were pleased with Dion’s professional approach and his descriptions of the work tasks he undertook. We thank him and O’Briens for the high service values displayed and have no hesitation in recommending the company to others.

The O'Brien technician (Chris) came to fix what WE thought was a heating system problem. After investigation of the heating system HE very quickly determined that it was due to a problem with the evaporative air-conditioning water inlet. Chris was quick, friendly, energetic, informative, and clearly explained the problem in plain English. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year! O’Brien’s were very prompt in dealing with the issue, despite being very busy. Chris was brilliant; he was polite, friendly, explained everything very well, and gave me a range of options. The aircon was fixed promptly. I would thoroughly recommend this company, particularly Chris, to anyone. I haven’t received the invoice yet and so cannot comment on the cost.
