Bordering on harassment. They have been phoning me at least 2-3 times per week for the last 12 months or more. I have told them numerous times I do not want to buy any more of their wines. They still ring and ring and ring. I would not buy wine off them ever purely because I am over being hassled by phone. Do not answer yr phone if the number starts with 61 39121. Doesn't seem to matter how many of these I block they still have another line.

Do not believe the hype about quality and consistency of wines.
The o l’y SIM of the sales person is a sale
I don’t blame the asked person the company is responsible for training their team
I wanted to send a robe bsvk ax it was not the style of ribs I like
My preference had been very clearly explained
The wine was awful
When I called to say I wanted to send it back after half a glass - ‘yes that’s fine
Four phone calls later all right attempts to either exchange or substitute I assured all callers I simply did not have faith in their prices s of listening skills
After two almost three weeks I received a PART REFUND

It is the worst experience ever. They don't listen. Told them almost for the last 1 year not to call. Inspite this request they have been calling sometimes even 2 in the week. Not listening to the customer. They have lost us and don't want to know them

I have said on numerous occasions l don't wished to be contacted any more. I'm not interested in buying any more wine. Nevertheless l still get call after call after call. I've had enough, what does it take to get the message through to you guys
