Oakley South Wharf Vault

I purchased some Oakley Radar Ev Path sunglasses for my son's rowing. The customer service person was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very hellpful and knowledesble staff with very complete line of Oakley products available. I was looking for lens replacement for my Oakley bike glasses and I'm am able to find all even though the models are all quite old. The store is situated next to the entrance of the DFO.

After giving up on Oakley as I'd been to Chadstone store and emailed head office about replacement arms (both couldn't help) for my Slivers, popped in and asked and the white dude with the shaved head actually had spare arms!
He gave me 2 arms for free and then chased me, after I'd left happy, to give me a 3rd arm also!
I now have 2 complete sets of Oakley's again. And couldn't be happier!

Small store, but effective. Staff was helpful and made me fee like I got a deal. Love the sunnys.

Awesome service. Friendly staff. My dog ate my nose pads on my new oakley prescription glasses. Replaced in 5 min with no fuss. Thanks guys

I had a fantastic experience upon meeting Hugo and Oscar (OAKLEY Staff Member) They both were very personable and extremely knowledgeable on the various types of glasses and lenses produced by Oakley.

If my friends and family were seeking to purchase new glasses I would definitely recommend them to consider what OAKLEY has on offer and hope they have a fantastic experience like I had at DFO South Wharf (Melbourne).

A very small store.
Was a disappointment when I walked in for my regular specs as they don't keep those.
Learning that they don't do prescriprion (option available online though) was another let off.
Also, it looks like they only keep very limited (latest) styles of Sunny's in the store in contrast to the wide range available in their online store.

Malcolm in Melbourne South Wharf was amazing and went over and above for what he needed to do for me to help me replace my damaged Sutro's. His customer service was exceptional and I never come across anyone in retail as willing as him to fix my sun glasses and help my situation. I also need to add my Sutro's saved my eye and that is how they were damaged while mountain bike riding. So no fault of Oakley.
Oakley needs to proud to have this guy in their team!

I took my daughter, Oakley, to this store on Friday afternoon (22/7/22). The three men who were working at this store found out her name was Oakley and went above and beyond to give her a great experience. My daughter is only 6 and has ADHD so this could have been potentially overwhelming for her but they were all fantastic, showing her a bag that said her name and also pointing out that the receipt also has her name. It was only a quick encounter but the staff members were just amazing and I really appreciate them making the effort as it has made my daughters month!

Tremendous help from Max in regards to getting some new sunnies for golf AND going above and beyond and taking time out of his off day so I could chase up where I can get my classic oakley watch fixed up and working again! Definitely recommend

3/1/19 Hopeless service. Both staff were more interested in talking than serving customers. Bought three Tees and Both staff didn’t bother them folding and just put in the bag badly. Guy kept playing with scanner. Essendon staff is heaps better.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Great deals on two helmets that I bought for my kids. Max carried the helmets and even walked them to my car for me because he noticed I had my hands full with the little ones and pram. Thank you!
