Sales assistants did a great job of helping purchase new product, however could not assist with compensation of previous product defects, advised due to “environmental” ware and tare, damage was on the inside of the lenses of 2 pairs“ Fuel cell” & “Batwolf”.
I was looked after by a girl from the Torquay VIC shop. Her name might have been Taylor but I'm only looking at the invoice now.
She was quick, kind and very helpful. The sunnies I was looking for wasn't on display but she was able to find them in the back office. They were the right shape but not the right lense. She was able to customise the lense, the frame and all via online ordering. Then she processed my order and organised to have it shipped to me. All of this was tremendous customer service with sincerity. She wasn't overbearing as a sales person but helpful and colloquial - relatable and relaxed. I was able to get on with her well throughout my purchase. I have to admit I was just looking around in the store as I was just passing through Torquay VIC and I'm from Sydney NSW. It was because she was helpful and generous with her time, was able to find what I wanted, I was sold. I hope this feedback gets back to her and her management because she is an asset to your company. 12 out of 10.

Helpful friendly staff their recommendations to my needs were spot on and I am very happy with the product.
