Worst customer service, I ever experienced! Idiotic staff!
IT IS NOT WORTH TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE
Bought radar ev sunglasses customised in store on Sunday.product was faulty they were some scratches on lenses, checked it after going home.called the store nxt day for exchange, they said ok come and exchange with in 30 days.
Went to store today (Tuesday). Store people saying we are not responsible for that glasses, you have to check it before leaving store.the person who customised the glasses is not experienced don’t even know how to deal the customers.going to deal the issue legally through ACL.

I was helped by one of the sales girls today and she was very patient though I took a while to choose. Excellent service Thankyou.

Called this oakley store Friday 05/11/21
I asked if they have a pair of oakley flak 2.0 xl in polished white with black rubbers on the arms
I was told it was out of stock and the stock would be a few weeks away and they only had the white with white rubbers but they could switch the rubbers to black
I said no as the white rubbers get dirty easy
The very next day 06/11/21 I went to the store
I received nothing but rude attitude from the Sales person and when I was asking questions to make sure I got what I wanted the Sales person seemed to get angry or frustrated
Let me as would you buy a item that you didn't want? No I don't think so
This Sales person has no people skills and is not a good customer service provider
In my opinion this person should not be working in a shop

Went there today and spoke to the staff about a problem with my sunglasses they were very helpful in resolving the issue and no questions asked replaced my $330 sunglasses and I walked out there a happy boy thanks again to the amazing staff very much appreciated

Great brand, with great service, and terrific people representing the brand in this outlet store.

The have very good deal.the products are good.not so many snow goggles and helmets.

I'm a big fan of Oakley sunglasses and one of went into this particular shop at DFO in Essendon Fields I was surprised to see the large range of sunglasses available. With this particular store all the glasses cases are open for you to try on unlike other stores where you would need to request to sample glasses one at a time. What gives this particular review 5 stars is the salesperson Tom who was absolutely amazing and had extensive knowledge of each sunglasses and their features. If you want good customer service and a good selection of Oakley sunglasses comforter this store you won't be disappointed.
