Shocking. Rampant bullying with no response or aid from teachers. Educational quality is not on par with what you would pay for. Teachers are rude, unfriendly and disrespectful to students/parents. Shoddy bathroom facilities, constant leaks, overflows and mess. Waste of money and time. Oakleigh Grammar churns out the most feral students I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Only good thing about this school is the canteen.

I attended the Junior School Assembly last week and felt compelled to express my absolute joy in Mrs Parkes!

Her genuine love for her position and care towards the children is very obvious.

My kids have been coming home full of excitement and funny stories shared with Mrs Parkes from the day. It’s wonderful that they have someone they feel comfortable with and trust.

A good independent school with a focus on the individual needs of the child, not just academic results.

A smaller independent school with strong community values. My family enjoyed their time there.

What a great way to start our year! Term 1 saw our Senior School students on camp, Middle School students on outdoor ed, and Junior School started their Inter-school sports. Term 2 is shaping up to be another awesome term. Great place to work.

I would not recommend that you send your child to Oakleigh grammar it is such a bad school, firstly the teachers don't care about the kids and have said multiple times to us that they don't care if we don't listen they are still gonna get paid. The teachers don't not help slove problems and can target kids if they don't like them, It is truly sad that i am writing this but this is the truth about the school and I want parents to know that you might see Oakleigh grammar as picture perfect but you don't know what happens behind closed doors and how teachers cant treat kids and make them feel worthless, there is a lot of bullying that happens and teachers don't try to fix it and sometimes they will only take one persons side and will not care about the other people, and they will get them in trouble. Another issue that I have is the discrimination that the teachers show the greek kids, like its a greek school. Teachers would rather care about the Asians and if they are okay then the greeks it is truly disgusting. Like when the greeks wear makeup they punish them and tell them to take it off but when the Asians do it its fine. It is truly upsetting to me to know that I have no value in the school and get treated like absolute shit. People need to wake up and see that Oakleigh grammar just cares about the Asians because they bring in the most money, but someone like me who has been loyal to Oakleigh grammar since day one has no worth to the school. I would like to say that you should not send your child to Oakleigh grammar you are wasting your money and it is a bad environment don't believe what the principle or teachers tell you im a child at this school living this nightmare everyday take my advice you will thank me.

Our family only attended primary and it was sad experience. The kids constantly struggled to fit into closed circle of kids of dominantly greek origins that most seemed to be related. Hard to come to school and listen about birthdays that you were not invited to.
The school would kind o support childs desire for academic excellence but again the environment would make them feel like nerds.
And than comes Leader in me programe - where bullying is swept under building resiliance.
They are now enjoying their senior school somewhere else.
