I cannot rate NVKidz highly enough. On Friday (before a long weekend) I placed an order for 6 items. I explained (in the order notes) that I was in a hurry and would appreciate posting asap. Not only did the owner contact me personally to help, they offered to go out of their way to meet me on a Saturday with my garments. I opted for postage and they arrived at midday on Tuesday. Talk about efficient!
The dresses for my two daughters are gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier, with both my purchase and the wonderful service. The owner again contacted me today to ensure I was happy with my purchases. What a legend! That kind of customer service is obsolete in modern culture, it’s so nice to see it still exists. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the clothing or prices either. Other kids boutiques are triple the price for the exact same clothes.
I’ll add photos after we have attended our event. Can’t wait!

I came to you from Cranbourne. After having 3 days of conversation with you over the phone. I explained you my situation that I couldn’t drive. I need to take me there. Somehow I managed the things, well this was my concern not yours.
After arriving your place within 5 mins you are telling me you have another appointment so we have to make it quick. I stayed over there for 30 mins I guess and ended up in buying two dresses from you. That visit made me travelled 162 km in total up n down with my toddler. You have kids as well you could have imagined that journey. I know you are running a business but humanity comes first I believe. As a courtesy sake you could have asked for water. Others may find your nature friendly, Sorry but I did not find it WARM at all. We belong to same community. Our Punjabi culture is rich in hospitality.
My experience has gone now. It can not be taken back or rectified.
No doubt you have a good collection. You are asking me for the area of improvement. I believe your customer service needs to be improved. In future if someone is coming to you from far please give them their desired time and value their efforts of coming to you from other end.
