Love their online price, fast shipping from Vic to WA, and online ordering is easy and hassle free. Very well package and long shelf life.

Ordered smoked almonds (5kg). After 3 weeks and a few follow up calls it finally shipped. Them stating they are just busy and struggling to keep up doesnt cut it when your webaite states it's in stock.
The actual nuts were terrible. I doubt they were even smoked and had just been covered in way to much flavouring powder.
I would give zero stars for this mob if possible.

Who knew buying nuts could be this great? I recently tried out this Nuts E-commerce store, and it totally blew my mind!

First things first, the nuts I got were seriously top-notch. They were fresh, crunchy, and oh-so-delicious. It's like they plucked them straight from nut paradise. I've had my fair share of nuts from different places, but these were on a whole new level.

Finally received my order that i placed on the 20th of november, that was not sent until the 1st of December, quality has obviously dropped dramatically, theyre all stuck together and the sugar is not even covering the nuts anymore: (
After contacting the company and letting them know, they didnt care, they didnt want to honour their company policy of a refund replacement and were trying to blame australia post, when it was them who took 11 days to even get it into the post.
Do better guys.as this is a total waste of money now

Expired products.
I made a purchase on the 29 December 2022 and received the order on the 6 January 2023. I ordered 5kg of beetroot powder and the expiry date on the product was the 10 January 2023.
I contacted the seller via email and requested a rull refund of the purchase price.
In their response I was told to consume the product and don't bother about the expiry.
This is a product that I would likely be consuming on a regular basis and this company does not take responsibility for anything. Health and safety issues does matter to these people.
They are greedy and don't care about the customer service and relations. I raised a dispute with PayPal and they could not believe the arrogance of this company. PayPal have escalated this issue. Please consider carefully before purchasing anything from this seller and read all the negative reviews aswell. I have lost all confidence and trust and respect in their ability to conduct a positive shopping experience. I have taken photos of the items and copies of all the emails.
Will be reporting this to the Consumer Affairs Victoria office.

Products are of very good quality but delivery took a long time but this was an issue with the delivery company. I would recommend. Well packed, very good quality, right price. Also, customer service online was great!

I found this company on line. Not originating from her i was on the hunt for some specific fruit in large quantities. They, to my delight had all the items I needed to make my Great Grandmothers 100+ year old Canadian Fruitcake Recipe. The fruit was lovely all individually weighed and packed. We purchased the Organic Top Turmeric Blend, and it was 1/10 the price of the competing product we first looked at.

Great product. I thought 1kg of Turkish Delight would last us a while but once my husband got stuck into it, it did not!
