Had a bit of a complicated refund/swap and the man at the counter was extremely friendly and helped me very quick, great shop and awesome staff!

Just wanted to say a thank you to the girl Sim who took time out to help me find a supp. I have allergies and most supps don’t agree with my skin and I break out in hives. Sim spent time with me to find the right product and it’s working. She was amazing. Thank you

Very appalling customer experience.

As I walk in, two staff members, no greeting whatsoever, I am the ONLY customer, I grab my product, go to pay and the girl at the counter asks me to let her finish whatever she is doing so I wait about 10 min until I see another client walks in, she immediately walks up to her to offer her assistance and leaves me hanging. I’m quite shocked, and ask the other staff the guy- to help me with the payment, I mention to him what just happened as to try to gain some understanding and he completely ignores me. I just really felt like asking him to cancel the transaction and leaving, unfortunately I had to make it up for the waste of MY time.

I felt like I was dealing with two angry teenagers and to top it off I was the only person in the warehouse, really pathetic.

There used to be one really nice guy, competent and caring. I’ll be going somewhere else to buy my protein from now on

Probably buying online is the way to go now!

Absolutely amazing staff! Super knowledgable, friendly and great service. When I said that I'll have a think and a read, Chris let me know everything was on the website and even gave me a sample so I could see how the supplement reacted with my body:) The best!

Great staff, attentive. They give you space when you need it and are always happy to help. Although the selection of product isn't as profound in this specific store, it's a great place to pick up everything that you need. Good experience overall over two visits and will definitely be back again.

Had some issues with their products but the major warning ️ signs are their on site product reviews.

I went in to review a product and it doesn’t go onto their site which tells me there on-site reviews are fake. I assume they are more interested in pushing product over selling the best supps for their customers.
