I visited the store on Wednesday 10/11/21 between 1430 and 1530. Upon arrival I found two employees in the store without face mask. They had no face mask on or near their desk. They didn’t even bother to check in with me if I have scanned the QR Code as I entered the store. This is really poor business behaviour. I hope they fix these in the coming days and the company provide proper training and support to employees.

Great range and friendly, informed staff. I'm new to protein based shakes and smoothies and there are so many different flavours and brands to choose from here.

Great service, had what I wanted and the staff was very helpful with informing me about the products I was interested in!

Worst experience ever at the Moorabin retail store. Rep not happy to do a price match bluntly disagreeing with the T&Cs on the website. Contacted head office.very helpful advised to go to the store again. The same rep again being rude as if being forced to agree with the price match.

I sought some advise regarding supplements while completing the F45 Challenge. The guy there (with beard) was so helpful but what impressed me more than anything was he didn’t try and up-sell me. There is so much I could have brought but he told me not to, that what I had was enough. One of the supplants was ZMA and it’s been fantastic. So impressed with their knowledge and integrity and will definitely buy and seek advice from there on a continual basis.

The best place for supplements and very helpful staff. Julia and Winona are the best. Both have been really helpful in explaining about the supplements and both have a good knowledge of nutrition.

I came into this store knowing what I required. I walked passed the sales assistance at the counter and I smiled and said hi - she looked at me like I was a slug and offered no greeting. I assumed she was just busy, so walked straight to the product I wanted. I then went to the register and she came over, no hello, not a peep from her! She just stood there with a deadpan expression, her false eyelashed eyes staring at me condescendingly. I almost laughed. She put through my purchase and asked if I had a club card. The whole time I was thinking “this chick has some latent rage brewing” it was a very uncomfortable exchange.

The whole point of this post is not to discredit this shop or embarrass the employee, but merely to let you know that these sorts of interactions leave a lasting impression on someone.
I think this sales assistant needs to be trained in customer service (or at the very least common manners) or find a new occupation.

I left the store feeling like scum and will not return.

Best supplement store around. Been going here for the last couple of months, ive dealt with 3 different staff members now and there all super helpful and very knowledgeable.
Always great offers on aswel.

Didn't want to sell a product at the labelled price unless I joined their members club and handed over my details.

Apparently I was supposed to know that the "warehouse price" was only for members, and the actual unlabelled price was $10 more.

Seems expensive, got charged $10 more for a product that I normally get from other Nutrition Warehouses

Always helpfull and friendly. They aswered all of my questions and everyone seems to have a Lot of knowledge.

Big supply of various nutritional products primarily aimed at body builders or those keen to supplement their diet.

Bought ON hydrowhey. Which was not sealed, under the lid. However, was able to refund with no issues.

Staff are happy to help you find the right product for you. Always feel like I've left with the right stuff
