On Sept 2023 I purchased optimum nutrition protein powder white chocolate flavour. The powder smells like rotten food and the packaging doesn't look like it's genuine. I've raised this concern with the sales rep and they're still checking with their supplier and are not taking any responsibility for the product they sell. Never buying anything from NW again.

I was enquiring about which protein powder to buy- which the girl was not informative or confident about the product…it’s as if I was a nuisance or maybe she didn’t ‘need’ the sale! …, so I made an excuse and left! I will spend my money elsewhere.

Just want to give a massive shout out to Adam, as a first timer to supplements Adam was ever so helpful with helping me with what I needed.

I have always received excellent service at Nutrition warehouse Hawthorn. Great products the Smart protein bars my favourite. A wide selection of protein powders and knowledgeable staff to.guide you which one is suitable for you

I was advised by my PT to start incorporating supplements to help with my training program. Having little to no knowledge about supplements I came down to Nutrition Warehouse Hawthorn East and was incredible pleased with the service. Store Manager, Erik was extremely helpful and explained which products would best help me achieve my fitness goals. He was very patient with me and I could see he genuinely wanted to help me! Thank you Erik for a great customer experience, I will be back!

I went at 5: 00 pm on 27/01/2021 to buy optimum nutrition protein at this branch. There were two ladies talking among themselves leaving me unattended. I then called one of the lady for assistance but she responded very arrogantly and this was not the kind of customer service I would expect from a brand like nutrition warehouse. I hope strict action should be taken against the lady.
