After graduating in 2021, I found myself feeling anxious about entering the job market to kickstart my career. With the added pressure of juggling part-time work and university assignments while pursuing my teaching degree, I had limited time to focus on job hunting. I knew I was only going to be in Melbourne for 1 term and therefore was a bit hesitant to reach out to agencies to ask for some CRT work as I wasn't sure if they could accommodate that. Nurture Education Australia is unlike any other relief teaching agency I have worked for. They don't just treat you like a number, they take on board your preferences and 95% have you booked in advance so you know when and where you are working, sometime a few days in advance. Very easy to deal with, I just keep them updated with a text each week of my availabilities and they always consider my need to be working close to home. This is by far the best agency I have worked with.
