7All opinions expressed are my opinions and mine alone and my own personal experience. Nurse Next Door Doesn’t care or respect employees in my personal experience and opinion. Highly skilled and experienced workers are paid the bare minimum and most workers I met expressed frustration for not being paid correctly and late payment due to ongoing “admin issues. ” NND only care about the $$ and no ethics in my opinion. I was racially targeted and NND did not care nor investigate and was not interested in hearing my side of the story, and the amount of professionalism i displayed with my other clients and documentation. Going above and beyond for a company who allows their workers to experience racism and bullying in the workplace. Extremely unprofessional. Area Manager for Gold Coast stated directly to me that she is “new to the industry” (not sure why she’d be placed in a management position with limited experience) and alongside her the owner who had a terribly unprofessional attitude over the phone. So unprofessional. During orientation day the Area manager for GC used inappropriate language and admitted herself the presentation wasn’t updated nor Upto professional or current standards for her own company Nurse Next Door. Very unprofessional. NND only appear to care about money from their clients despite serious breaches in their own service agreement and will throw the employee under the bus if it means they keep their client who racially targets, makes false allegations against and bullies workers. They don’t care for their workers at all in my case. Most workers are new.hmm I wonder why. Would never recommend this company to work for or to be supported by. Racism and discrimination is never OK especially in the workplace. Management and owners don’t care and overlooked this in my case in my opinion. Clients complained all the time to me regarding lack of communication and lack of supports. Disgusted and disappointed with this company.
I will not post my reasons here but am quite happy to share them with recruitment coordinator along with the manager.

Nurse Next Door went above and beyond what is generally provided by home care agencies. The care staff are of high quality and receive very good supervision from management making NND a great choice for people with complex support needs.
Thanks for taking such good care of Dad over the past few weeks. We really appreciate knowing he was cared for so well while we couldn't get there.
