My appointment today was very informative and relaxing, with Isabella who was so warm and welcoming. Can’t wait for my next sessions!

Wasted my time. I booked via Facebook deal that they had. They asked me to complete online form which I did straight away. Drove 30mins there and was told due to my cancer history I couldn’t have the treatment. If you want to improve your service review the online form before client arrives, that way you can call them in advance and offer them alternative treatments which they can either accept or decline without being inconvenienced.

It was my first time to the salon, I felt so welcome and I loved it. Jes is so good at what she does. I had the plasma no dot treatment and I can't wait to see the results in a few weeks time when all the new collagen is pumping up my face The main redness has already reduced by the time I got home, just a few of the trouble spots we did extra on to soothe a bit more.
I'm really looking forward to getting to know the rest of the team at my next appointment. Thanks for your time today Jes

Excellent service from the lovely Jes, she was very helpful with my skin needs and already seeing some improvements after my second visit. I recommend her service over other places I’ve been, and spent so much money on their products that never worked for me so keep up the great service.

I had face and neck skin needling treatment today. Jess is so professional, thorough and skilled. Not the most pleasant treatment, but the process was explained in detail prior, she was caring and attentive to my comfort levels during treatment and ran through post care in detail.
