Nunawading Flooring Xtra

Highly recommended for their professional service! I recently had my old carpet replaced with Xtra Nunawading. Johnny the store manager is very patient to give knowledge of different carpets and came out with one which suits us best. He then made out a floor plan on which all lengths of broadloom carpet are clearly marked out. By this I was charged the exact length of carpet - unlike other installers who always add 10 % for wastage and cost me more. Upon installaton, Johnny was able to arrange the work on 2 separate days so that I have enough time and space in my home to move around the furniture. The installer Richard is a very clean and delicate guy, with attention to every details. After removing the old carpet he even used a small broom and dustpan to free the floor from dust. That was unexpected. Impressive work!

Great flooring specialist, good quality and a wide selection. Thanks to Johnny's patient explanation and professional help, I found the carpet very satisfactory.

Very rough installation, left a lot of scratches, very bad aftersales, salesman Samson and the boss Ben never pick up your call or reply your sms to fix the issues, they said will arrange a painter come to touch up but never show up, once the floorboards installed then they will never pick up the call or take any responsibility, be careful if you want to choose this shop!

Had a quite positive experience with the Flooring Xtra team. They are helpful as we decide between our flooring options and provided good advice throughout the shopping and installation process. One thing for improvement: the carpet layer showed up later than scheduled on the day.

I had come in with a sample I was hoping to match and immediately had options ranging from budget friendly to premium carpet.his pricing was very competitive which allowed me to get a better quality carpet than I initially budgeted for. He even managed to organise a quick instalation even with the short notice. The installation was done very professionally and I’m very happy with the final result.
