Dr John Chase always has time to explain the issues and makes sure you understand the treatment etc.

I have been coming to this clinic for 55 +years. Had wonderful care from likes of Dr Webster and now Dr Taa now looks after me. So very thorough and caring. I have recommended many people to this clinic and they all say it is the best move they have made.

Had a chest infection, told them it isn’t covid, had to wait outside in the cold, what a joke

Very expensive medical costs, a simple 10-minute general consultation, in addition to deducting Medicare card, you need to pay an additional $79, will not choose this again

Will not see a kid who has a lingering cough and negative test to covid. What happened to the medical staff and doctors who are there to help patients. Can't see any professional matter they have

This is the nicest doctors rooms that I have been to for a while. The young receptionist was friendly, smiling and efficient. When you are in pain that actually makes a difference. I saw Dr De Costa. She was thorough, unrushed and kind. I will definitely be back to Nuna Clinic.

The receptionist is an absolutely rude and obnoxious individual, as is there female doctor. Don’t waste your time going here, there’s much better doctors.

Fantastic GPs, nurses and reception. Dr Christine Lin is a super doctor but they're all great. My advice is not to get too attached to seeing one particular doctor because some don't work at Nunawading and share their time with another surgery. Nurses are also on site which is handy if you need blood tests.

The best doctors clinic I have ever been to. Top notch from the receptionists, pathology and doctors with incredible expertise, and fantastic bedside manner.

Dr. Terence Heng is one of the rarest and best GPs one can find.

I started seeing him from early 2017 after someone I know recommended him.

Dr. Heng took the time to understand my long medical history through a series of long appointments.

I was very pleasantly surprised when Dr. Heng not only did not mind taking the time for me, but also was keen on reading the medical letters from my past medical history and listened to me and trusted me as I clarified some of the errors in those letters.

It takes me about 40 minute taxi journey (each way) to his clinics, but it is well worth the time.

Due to some of my chronic illnesses and problems with falling asleep at odd times, there have been several times when I had either turned up late or if too unwell have had to reschedule on the day. I feel terrible for this and I apologise for this eventhough Dr. Heng is very accommodating and understanding.

I teared up when he said something to the effect: "If you are not feeling well and feel like you need to rest at home, the last thing I want for you is to travel here and get more exhausted".

Dr. Heng also knows the right kind of specialists and allied health practitioners to whom he refers his patients.

It is the trust Dr. Heng places in me, the time he takes for me, his compassion and kindness towards me, that I value the most. Dr. Heng is obviously highly skilled and very thorough - that is an obvious fact which I do not even have to state here.

My dr Terrence heng is one of the best here very caring and good has a grate bed side Manner to his patients and tells you what's bests for you, and they way how they way how he has help me over the years as well very good, a big thank you plus all the Drs I seen here have been grate, dr Simon Tong and Dr mattew as well they have lift now but thank god I found Terrence hang one of the best Drs at this place and cares about his patients the staff on the front desk all ways nice as well

I have just started going to this clinic and everyone is so so friendly which puts a nice vibe when you walk in and chat to the receptionists they all greet you with their happy smiles and personalitys i have seen dr Ross a couple of times and he has helped me so much already. I can tell he cares for his patients I'm so happy I found a great doctor. I'm sure all of the doctors are great as well. The nurse is also very friendly.everyone is lovely.
