2023 Nye rocked up, we had steaks, perfectly cooked, our favourite eatery, staff are great make us feel at home.prices are very reasonable and great ambience, happy new year for 2024.

My friend and I dined-in 2 days in a row because the food was exceptionally good. I had a steak, rib eye, that was better than some of the renowned "steakhouses". It was melt in your mouth tender and cooked to the degree of doneness that I asked for. The chips were consistently well cooked each time and salted. The salad dressing was tangy and perfectly complimented the meal.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
Numero Uno will be my go too restaurant whenever I'm in Altona in future.

I get takeaway from here regularly and the food is always great, Yesterday it was exceptional!

I placed a delivery order for a friend in Altona as a suprise treat as my friend was working.i gave very specfic instructions to execute this suprise and they absoulutly nailed it! The customer service was on point and i even got a text message from delivery saying it had been delivered.this review is purely to shout out for the excellent customer service they put out! Finally got to try numero uno, been hearing about this place for years from my dad And definetly was an amazing vibe, i only ordered a hawaiian pizza but it was cooked perfectly and it actually had a generous amount of toppings and everyone was so friendly! Cant wait to come back and order some more pizza and pasta

Very rude disrespectful owners. They were abusive and almost violent. You could hear them swearing and cursing customers outside in the park. The owner was intimidating and harassment doesn't even cover it. The hygiene levels are disgraceful. They chased customers out the door and used such down language that I can't even write it. I definitely won't be going back there again.

Very disappointing will never go back even if I was starving we spent over $70 on food requested a straw for my 3 year old niece and was told they didn't have any I then pointed out other customers had straws to that they replied there was not enough straws to go around so even after spending $70 it was not enough for them to give a straw to a 3 year old

Good range of traditional style pizzas with quality ingredients and spot on bases.

Picked up a pizza and garlic bread here to eat by the beach which was a very pleasant experience at the end of a hot spring Altona day.

Everything you'd expect here from a more traditional style pizza shop although they do it very well.

Ordered a half and half BBQ Chicken and Tropicana and both sides were as good as each other. The main highlight is the base, which is deep pan and maintains the crispyness and not oily at all.

With so many pizza options in Altona this place is around the 'numbero uno' mark if traditional style is your go to.

Ever since I have moved to point cook I've struggled to find a pizza place that I actually like, I discovered this little gem of a restront via menulog and decided to give it ago! They did not disappoint me! Beautiful food and great timing!

The thing that really stood out about this order compared to other restronts was this message I got. It bought the biggest smile to my face and for that I have now found my go to pizza place.

So if you want great food, a beautiful message that will make your day, this is the place!

First time buying here. Pizza always smells good. Unfortunately we had shards of glass in our Marinated Lamb pizza. Found in more than one slice. Very lucky no one was seriously injured.

Not only pizza, grab a window seat and try the Big Breakfast! (includes a coffee). With 2 eggs how you like, toast, bacon, sausage, hash brown, mushrooms, spinach, grilled tomato AND a bowl of baked beans. Excellent choice, cooked to perfection, great service with a view of the passing parade.

Lovely family run pizza restaurant. Fantastic pizza, breakfast on the weekend and perfect coffee. Steak, seafood, desserts and alcohol. Across the road from the park or 1 minute walk from the waterfront. Big serves and great prices. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend.

We never forget this place whenever we come to relax in Altona beach. Anyone of you can enjoy this place after a nice nice walk around the beach.

I’m a regular customer and have been for years. Their pizzas are packed with topping and they come on a perfect base that doesn’t fall to pieces when you lift it. Very well priced for such generous portions of food.

Pathetic Food and worst staff ever.
All the staff is very rude and they don't have hospitality skills for the customers. Will never visit that place

I purchased a large vegetarian pizza yesterday (13.03.22) and I found a hair in there. This is so disappointing and actually disgusting. I would not recommend dining here.

Nice atmosphere, great service and a good view of the beach. Stopped for a couple of drinks and enjoyed the view and the music playing.

How this place has an average 4 star rating baffles me. The pizza was one of the most underwhelming and flavourless I’ve had and the “chefs special” pasta was bland and undercooked (no it wasn’t al dente). Wait staff were fairly trash too. Just not a great place in general to be honest. Plenty of other much much better Italian restaurants around, avoid if possible.
