Shopped here recently a few times, customer service excellent, very personalised and their product, best fit and quality I’ve come across. Will continue to shop here and highly recommend

Good quality Really nice staff, But don't believe the hype. Been back several times and they turn me away each time claiming 3 months+ to do repairs. I just seems they don't want to fulfill their promises.

Staff in store great.
Online store is terrible. Failed to deliver then sent to a random address. The head office in. NETHERLANDS! Doesn't refund. AVOID.

Unpleasant experience purchasing and unpleasant when I had to return the jeans due to change of mind 1.5 weeks later.

The two staff that assisted me on my first visit made me feel uncomfortable and were not personable. I had to try on a few different sizes in their 'change room' if you can call it that. It's pretty much a curtain on a rail that barely covers you completely. Very awkward as the two male staff were standing very close as I was changing, chatting very openly about personal matters (complaining about another staff member from another store and salary). Didn't stop talking to each other to check on how I was going, I always had to reach out for help myself. I did end up buying a pair of skinny jeans that day, but never wore them out or took off the labels.

When returning today, the same male staff member who served me my first visit was there (on my receipt it says Will). I told him that I wanted a refund, wasnt looking to exchange. Through his tone and what he said, he made me feel like returning goods were some criminal act and made me feel really guilty. I had to show an e-receipt for proof of purchase on my phone, and he handled my phone really carelessly.

I'm quite disappointed as I love the brand ethos and like to support Melbourne businesses wherever I can, but sadly if I was to purchase a pair of jeans I'd go to General Pants where I feel safe in changerooms.

I'm disappointed to have had such a bad experience. I love the ethic and my first visit to the store was wonderful - the guys were helpful and knowledgeable. But at my second visit they had ordered me a different size to the one they recommended, but made out it was my fault. The dude on my third visit barely looked up from his computer.

I tried to give feedback in person rather than writing a review, but that didn't go down well.

Such great customer service! Dropped two pairs of heans in for repair and ended up buying two new recycled pairs.

Awesome shop, great atmosphere with a huge range of products. The staff were amazing and offered their help for us to find the best pair of jeans. They also reminded me of the offer for free repair on jeans previously purchased which i took up happily.

Extremely helpful staff. Asked a few difficult questions about custom series and the staff was so accomodating! You can definitely trust your denims here

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that helped with my raw denim questions. They even guided me to other stores nearby that had what I was looking for. Would highly recommend.

The ladies in the shop are very friendly and helpful. They made me comfortable all the time and happy to help. The reason of 4 star is sometime I didn't get enough information at the register I felt a bit anxious. And another reason is not changeable but the shop is tiny and limited space. If you consider to expand the space that would be amazing. It's just unbreathable: - (

Bought 2 more pairs. First pair was purchased 5-6 years ago and still in great shape. They will do minor repairs to them for free for life too.

Im a fan of the brand! The shop has also friendly and helpfull staff. Awesome collections and sizing too!
